CLASS AAA

No. 2 FAIRPORT (13-9) 2
No. 1 McQUAID (15-6) 3
Cole Englert struck out seven batters over a complete game to help McQuaid take game one of the Class AAA championship series. McQuaid got the scoring started in the third inning when Conor Forkey connected on a two-out double and Dan Luce came around to score. In the fifth inning, the Knights took a 3-0 lead after Thomas Bailey and Luce had an RBI on back-to-back at-bats. Dominic Corona was 2-for-3 with a pair of singles. Ryan DeJoy singled and scored. Forkey added a single in addition to his double. Bailey was walked once. Alexander Grejda had an RBI single in the sixth inning that John Gossin and gave Fairport its first run of the game. The next at-bat, Sam Roselli hit a sacrifice fly that scored Nicholas Rene. Roselli tossed six innings as the starter for the Red Raiders and struck out seven batters. Rene doubled. Andrew Gropp and Garrett McNeil each placed a single. Gossin got on base once via a walk. Game two is scheduled for Thursday and will take place at Fairport. 

CLASS A

No. 9 BATAVIA (10-10) 2
No. 1 PITTSFORD MENDON (15-6) 12
Cam Barbulean was 3-for-3 with a double and three RBI while striking out nine batters over six innings as Pittsford Mendon scored seven runs over the course of the first two innings to help Pittsford Mendon move on. Noah Sansone singled twice, scored three times, walked, and had an RBI. Jack Albanese placed a pair of singles, walked, and scored three runs. Aidan Lerner-Morelle doubled, singled, and had three RBI. Sam Harrigan tripled and knocked in three runners. Reece Totedo walked, scored twice, and singled. Nolan Ball doubled and had two RBI for Batavia. Bronx Buchholz singled, scored, and walked. Jameson Motyka singled and scored. Brock Bigsby had a base hit. Pittsford Mendon will host East in the semifinals. 

No. 7 EASTRIDGE (13-9) 6
No. 2 PALMYRA-MACEDON (14-5) 1
Ryder Froman put together a statline of one single, one RBI, two walks, a scored run, and 10 strikeouts over five innings as the starter to help guide Eastridge to a spot in the semifinal round. Jayden Inglese doubled, singled, scored, and knocked in a pair of runners. Evan Bishop and James Dietz each doubled and scored, with Bishop adding an RBI and Dietz adding a walk. Peyton Kispert singled, scored, walked, and had an RBI. Aaden Bishop struck out two batters over two perfect innings of relief, singled, and walked. Xzavier Hughey drew three walks, singled, scored, and had an RBI. Erik Gomez Medina singled. Jordan Goff doubled and had an RBI for Palmyra-Macedon. Anthony Porpora III doubled and struck out two batters over two innings of relief. Camron Quick pitched five innings as the starter for the Red Raiders and totaled four strikeouts. Quick and Noah Dapolito each placed a single. Dapolito also walked once and scored. Constantino LoPresto and Brayden Leo each drew a walk. Eastridge will face No. 11 seed Honeoye Falls-Lima in the semifinals.

No. 11 HONEOYE FALLS-LIMA (8-12) 4
No. 3 PITTSFORD SUTHERLAND (13-8) 3
Alexander Smith laid down a squeeze bunt that scored Carson Meehan in the seventh inning to break a 3-3 tie and help Honeoye Falls-Lima win its fourth straight game. Brian Finn had an RBI single in the first inning that made it 3-0 Cougars after Smith and Jack Farabell scored earlier in the frame. Owen Kearney tossed the final two and two third innings and struck out two batters while allowing no hits. Nathan Meacham pitched three and two third scoreless innings in relief and struck out three batters. Farabell walked twice. Jacob Weber scored off of the RBI single by Finn. Cal Grasley, Marshall Adams, Smith, and Meehan each drew a walk. Mitchell Martini got the start and threw two thirds of an inning while picking up a strikeout. Owen Osborne and Aidan Kress each walked and scored in the first inning for Pittsford Sutherland. Tyler Allen also had a sacrifice fly in the frame. Allen was the starter for the Knights and struck out 10 batters over six and a third innings. The junior allowed four runs (one earned) on four walks and one hit. Ryan Munzinger  singled, scored, and walked. Logan Tomeny doubled. Jaxon Bernas walked and singled. Noah Gresell placed a single. Hudson Lazenby walked. Chase Dermody pitched the final two outs and struck out a batter. Honeoye Falls-Lima will face No. 7 seed Eastridge in the semifinals.

No. 4 EAST (13-7) 8
Mitchell Nieves was 2-for-3 with two RBI while striking out four batters over five innings of relief as East used seven runs in the sixth inning to rally and advance. Emille Diaz was 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI. Dabdiel Ramos singled twice and knocked a run in. Kyle Markham ended 2-for-3. East will play top-seeded Pittsford Mendon in the semifinals. 

CLASS B

No. 8 WATERLOO (9-10)  2
No. 1 WELLSVILLE (14-3) 4
Wellsville will face No. 4 seed Livonia in the semifinals.

No. 10 HAVERLING (8-10) 1
No. 2 Le ROY (17-3) 3
Alex Spezzano struck out seven batters over a complete game on the mound to help Le Roy move on. Holden Sullivan paired a single with an RBI for the Oatkan Knights. Adam Woodworth walked once and scored twice. Jake Higgins singled, walked, and scored. Jude Christ and Jagger Emith each had base hits. Gage Thomas struck out four batters over six innings on the bump for Haverling. Lukas Wightman had an RBI and a base hit. Dylan Wenban scored. Dayton Orlowske singled. Eric Carney-Hendrix walked twice. 

No. 6 MYNDERSE (10-8) 1
No. 3 WAYLAND-COHOCTON (16-5) 13
Ethan Loop and Hayden Wolfanger each picked up a double in a third inning that saw Wayland-Cohocton plate seven runs. Loop finished 2-for-4 with three RBI and two scored runs. Dolan Cotter picked up three RBI including a two-RBI double. Matt Clark was the starter for the Eagles and pitched four innings. Alan Plummer singled twice and scored for Mynderse.

No. 4 LIVONIA (16-6) 2
Seth Eadie picked up 13 strikeouts over a complete game of one-hit pitching to help Livonia advance. The win was head coach Scott Gilman’s 399th win at Livonia, passing Gene Baker to become the all-time wins leader. Carson Beardsley connected on an RBI single in the fourth inning that scored Brady O’Keefe and gave the Bulldogs a 1-0 lead. In the sixth inning, Aaron Kime put a ball into the center field grass for a single and scored Kaidan O’Connor. Kime finished 2-for-3 at the plate. O’Keefe singled. Jacob Benitez and Oliver Taylor each walked once. Andrew Jones hurled six innings for Addison and picked up eight strikeouts while also singling once at the plate. Spencer Westervelt walked twice, and Kayden Blencowe walked once. Livonia will face top-seeded Wellsville in the semifinal round. 

CLASS D

No. 9 ALFRED-ALMOND (10-10) 1
No. 1 ARKPORT-CANASERAGA (16-1) 16
John Marcus ended 4-for-4 with two doubles, three RBI, and a scored run to aid Arkport-Canaseraga. Micah Marvin struck out five batters over three hitless innings as the starter while drawing three walks and scoring three times. Eli Merry singled twice, knocked in a pair of runners, and crossed home plate once. Merry tossed three innings of relief and struck out four batters. Conor Smith doubled, scored twice, had an RBI, and walked. Aydan Button singled, scored, and struck out three batters in an inning of relief. Bryer Drake walked twice, scored twice, and singled. Caden Carey singled, plated a runner, walked, and crossed home plate twice. Devin Moran singled and scored. Drew Glover had two RBI and scored. Richard Flaitz walked twice and scored. Nolan Morey got on base once via a walk and came around to score. Arkport-Canaseraga will play No. 4 seed Naples for a spot in the Class D championship.

No. 7 NORTHSTAR CHRISTIAN (11-11) 6
No. 2 KESHEQUA (13-5) 7
Nolan Therrien finished 2-for-3 with a double, three scored runs, and a walkoff solo-shot home run on the first pitch in the bottom of the seventh inning to help Keshequa advance. Owen Pike was 2-for-4 with a double and scored twice. Ryan Fox was 2-for-3 with four RBI. Aiden Upright started on the mound and struck out six batters over four innings. Therrien pitched the final three innings and struck out two batters. Keshequa advances to the semifinal round and will host No. 6 seed Fillmore. 

No. 6 FILLMORE (12-7) 3
No. 3 ELBA (13-7) 1 (F/9)
Jack Boon had an RBI double and Connor McCumiskey placed an RBI single in back-to-back at-bats in the ninth inning to help Fillmore move on. Damon Potter connected on an RBI single in the first inning that gave the Eagles a 1-0 lead. Potter pitched all nine innings and struck out nine batters while allowing one hit. Jared Boon doubled and scored. Avery Potter singled. McCumiskey walked. Alex Rascoe singled and scored in the fourth inning for Elba. Nicholas Scott pitched eight innings as the starter for the Lancers and struck out seven batters. Mason Vigiano tossed the final inning and struck out two batters. Fletcher Norton, Bing Zuber, and Brady Werth each got on base once via a walk. Fillmore will do battle against second-seeded Keshequa in the semifinals. 

No. 5 AVOCA-PRATTSBURGH (11-7) 2
No. 4 NAPLES (12-7) 3
Oliver Bruen finished 2-for-4 including a go-ahead RBI double in the sixth inning to help Naples rally from a 2-0 deficit. James Haremza scored in the fourth inning to get Naples on the board. Theron VanZandt placed a double in the fifth inning that scored Wilhelm Schmitt to tie the game. Hunter Jacoby got the start on the mound for the Big Green Machine and struck out three batters over four innings. Jacoby also singled. Grady Grove scored, singled twice, and struck out three batters over three one-hit innings of relief pitching. Haremza singled twice and got on base once via a walk. Schmitt singled and walked. Lukas Hall and Rowan Biggs each had a base hit. Andrew Goodwin walked. Devin Stamets and Colin Zurlick each had a RBI double in the third inning for Avoca-Prattsburgh. Zurlick finished 2-for-4 with a run, and struck out six batters over six innings on the mound. Maddix Cartwright walked and placed a single. Blake McConnell singled. Evan Obrochta drew a walk and came around to score. Naples advances and will take on No. 1 seed Arkport-Canaseraga in the semifinals.
