The 2025 Section V Class AAA Softball Bracket consists of three Monroe County teams and two RCAC teams. The tournament begins on May 27 and concludes with the championship on May 31 at Monroe Community College.

Fairport enters as the defending Class AAA champion and is the No. 3 seed this tournament. Padilla/WOIS garnered the top seed with a 10-6 regular season record. Greece Storm snapped a five-game skid in the regular season finale.
