The 2025 Section V Class D Baseball bracket features five teams from Steuben County, four teams from Allegany County, two teams each from the Private-Parochial League, Genesee Region and Livingston County as well as one team from Finger Lakes West. First round action kicks off on May 23rd, and the championship will be held on May 31st.
No. 1 seed Arkport-Canaseraga has only lost once in 15 games and is looking to win its second straight Class D title. No. 3 seed Elba has won four of its past six games. Fourth-seeded Naples enters sectional play on a five-game winning streak.
No. 12 seed Jasper-Troupsburg and No. 5 seed Avoca/Prattsburgh play in the first round, with Avoca/Prattsburgh looking to move to 3-0 on the season against the Wildcats.
