PITTSFORD SUTHERLAND (10-1) 11

Julia Devaney finished 2-for-4 including a two-run home run and struck out 10 in a complete-game effort in the circle as Sutherland won its ninth straight game. Devaney had an RBI single in a six-run third when the Knights took a commanding 7-3 lead. Ella Devaney went 2-for-4 with a bases-clearing double in the third. Alexandra Sippel was 3-4 with a double and three RBI. Emma Hollenbeck added two runs, an RBI-single and a stolen base. Katie Sarr also notched two runs, a stolen base and a hit. Caralynn Orlando provided a run and a hit. Gabrielle Lyons singled for an RBI while Hannah Glanton accounted for a run. Quinn Sargent led Pittsford Mendon with two hits. Both Cameron Lauterbach and Arina van Baaren recorded a run, a hit and an RBI. Alexandra Van Ginhoven singled and scored. Felicity Knapp drove in a run with asacrifice fly RBI. Jillian Wexler and Emily Stanger added a run each. Isabella McGowan rounded out with a hit. The game was part of the Second Annual Strike Out ALS event.

RUSH-HENRIETTA (9-3) 5
PENFIELD (9-5) 11

Megan Clark finished 4-for-4 with three runs scored and two RBI to help Penfield win its seventh game in the past eight. Clark led a three-run fifth with a single as the Patriots grabbed a 6-1 lead. Alexi Cimino and Mackenzie Whitehead both went 3-4. Cimino had two stolen bases and three runs scored. Whitehead added on two runs and two RBI. Ella Maley had two hits including a double. Clare Magee earned the win, allowing three runs on seven hits over six innings of work. Stephanie Coughlin singled twice, walked and scored a run. R-H’s Elizabeth Gleghorn went 2-4 with a two-run homer in the seventh inning. Katelyn Militello was 4-4 with a run scored. Kadyn Hartel singled, walked and scored. Kaylee Hartman singled, walked and drove in a run. Kyla Piedici and Lillian Knope recorded an RBI apiece. Elizabeth Brown had a hit. The game was part of the 17th Annual Strikeout Cancer event.

BLOOMFIELD (7-1) 1
BURNT HILLS-BALLSTON LAKE (II) 2
Ashlyn Wright threw a one-hitter and stuck out 16 batters through eight innings of play for Bloomfield. Wright also tallied a team-high two hits. Sawyer Gallup drove in Addison Falsone from first with a double to center field. Cece Falsone (1), Calla McCombs (1) and Sydney Falsone (1) rounded out the hitting for Bloomfield.

NOTRE DAME-BATAVIA (5-2) 6
BARKER JR./SR. (VI) 4

Olivia Gillard finished 2-for-3 including a bases-clearing double in the first to stake Notre Dame-Batavia to a lead it did not surrender. Anna Panepento went 2-4 with two RBI for the Fightin’ Irish who won their third straight game. Mia Treleaven struck out seven in a complete-game effort to pick up the win. Treleaven also walked twice and scored. Sofia Falleti singled and scored twice. Riley Hare doubled, walked and scored a run. Gianna Falleti drove in a run. Clarissa Milliman accounted for a hit.
