Kaylee Hartman capped a two-out rally with a walk-off hit in the eighth as Rush-Henrietta won its fifth straight game. Trailing 2-1, the Royal Comets drew four consecutive walks with Kyla Piedici forcing home Elizabeth Gleghorn with the tying run. Hartman followed with the game winner to bring home Liz Rinella. Kadyn Hartel struck out 11 and allowed two runs (one earned) on 10 hits and one walk. Gleghorn, Rinella and Elizabeth Brown each had a hit in the win. Hartel also scored a run. Hilton’s Maddie Murphy finished 3-for-4 and scored in the first inning to give the Cadets an early 1-0 edge. Paige Siciliano went 2-4 and scored in the top of the eighth for a 2-1 Hilton lead.
