Trae Rankin collected two RBI singles, with one coming in the first inning when Greece Athena jumped out to a 4-0 lead and never looked back. Rankin came in relief in the sixth inning for Allen and in one inning pitched, he surrendered a hit, an unearned run and three walks while striking out one batter. Sammy Saucke hit a two-run homer out into right field in the fourth inning to extend the lead while also tacking on another run and two walks to his name. Parker Goodness singled, picked up two RBI and scored once. Jacob Sova hit an RBI single, scored twice and was walked once. Alex Hall singled, scored once and was walked for a game-high three times.
