Joey Vigerzi scored nine of his game-high 22 points in the first half as Gates Chili secured its second win in its past three games. Vigerzi connected on three of his team-high five three pointers in the first 16 minutes of the game. The senior guard added 10 points in the third quarter to extend the Spartans’ lead to double digits as they were up 51-40. Nemo Pye (12) and Gianni Salandy (11) were the other Spartans to hit double digits in points. The other Spartans to post points were Jaylen Givens (9), Derrik Davis (6), Jaden Robinson (6) and Chris Elliot (1). Josh Ellington dropped a team-high 18 points for Wilson Magnet, scoring nine points in both halves. Ibrahim Hakizimana netted 14 points while leading the Wildcats with two three-pointers. Jesse Lynn (11), Aaron Riley (8), Joesph Baldrich (3) and Jayden Ingram (2) finished off the scoring for Wilson Magnet.

A 24-point outing from Jackson Birch led Pittsford Sutherland. Sam Byrne dropped 20 points with 16 of them coming in the second half. Roman Goldstein (10), Tyler Allen (10), Hayden Birch (6) and Chase Dermody (2) also netted points for the Knights. Gavin White, Carter Mullen and Casey Mazur all scored 17 points for Batavia. Mazur led the team with five buckets from beyond the three-point arc. Justin Smith (10) and Brody Mazur (5) also dropped points for the Blue Devils as well.

Landon Washburn netted 17 of his game-high 36 points in the third quarter to give Honeoye its 17th straight win. He scored five times from the floor and twice from distance, while sinking one free throw, in the frame to give the Bulldogs a 62-31 lead going into the final quarter. Owen Cuba and Owen Reynolds both scored 12 points with Reynolds scoring his in the first half. Dylan Washburn (8), Kevin Schmitt (3) and Eli Stumbo (2) completed the scoring for Honeoye. Ethan Bauer led Wayland-Cohocton with 12 points, scoring eight of them in the first quarter. He connected four times from the floor in the frame. Cole Hanggi netted 10 points, dropping one two-pointer in each quarter and making two free throws in the second frame. Alex Fedorchuk (9) and Orion Walker (2) were the others to score for the Eagles.

PJ Picco’s 30-point night was enough for Hornell to win its third straight. Picco scored eight in the second quarter when Hornell built a nine-point lead. The senior connected three times from the floor, including once behind the three-point arc. He added five more points in the third quarter when the Red Raiders extended their lead to double digits at 52-41. Demayne Dixon dropped 13 points with nine of them coming in the second half. Marco Picco (9), Austyn Gollnitz (7), Aaron McInerney (7) and Wyatt Evingham (5) finished off the scoring for Hornell. Lawrence Duncan and Jacob Hagadone both tied for the team-lead in points with 14 apiece. Six of Austin Durand’s eight points came on free throw makes. The others to net point were Gavin Price (9), Owen Burlingame (5), MacLain Wright (4), Michael Binkwoski (4) and Andrew Gardiner (2).

Jah White’s five of his 11 points in the fourth quarter secured Geneva’s fifth straight win to end its regular season. Xavier Praylor led with 20 points for the Panthers. He and DePatrick Overstreet both had a team-high three steals. Overstreet also tied Kaden Larsen for team-high seven rebounds. Larsen (14), Overstreet (9) and Jalen Whitley (3) were the other Panthers to score. Trevor Stroud netted 22 points to lead Avon in scoring. He led the team with four treys and scored 15 of his points in the second half. Josh Harter scored 10 of his 14 points in the first half. Kalman Dolgos (5), Brody McDowell (2) and Ryan Hillman (2) completed the scoring for the River Hawks.

Ben Canary dropped a career-high 23 points while tacking on four steals to lead Mount Morris which jumped out to 37-6 at the end of the first half. Luis Crespo-Toledo led Mount Morris with eight rebounds and five steals while scoring 12 points. Ed Colon (9) and Shawntez Brown (6) rounded out the scoring.

Julian Hill’s six of his game-high 25 points in the third quarter when Rochester Prep built a nine-point lead. He connected three times the floor as Rochester Prep was up 44-35 going into the fourth quarter. He connected nine times from the floor and 16 of his points came in the second half. All of Kyron Shaw’s 12 points came off two-pointers and Jahmere Brown scored nine of his 11 points in the first half. Jayden Sheffield (7), Jahki Jackson (6), Roy Ester (3), Tahj Holmes (2) and Tyron Jones-Cleveland (1) were the others to add points onto their names. Jean Agosto led Le Roy with 19 points while recording the team’s only block. Jake Higgins led the Oatkan Knights with nine rebounds while also scoring 11 points. Jace Jedrewski (7), Matthew Hockey (4), Brayden Chase (4), Aidan Weaver (4), Jaggar Smith (3), Grady Gilligan (2), Adam Woodworth (2) and Zander Staba (2) rounded out the scoring for Le Roy.

Chris Clancey’s 28 points was key to hep Dundee/Bradford improve its winning streak to four games. Clancey also had eight rebounds, five steals and four assists on the day. The BraveScots jumped out to a 27-7 lead at the end of the first quarter to propel them to victory.
