East put together a 45-point second half to secure the win. Gabby Brown-Sturdivant scored 12 after halftime to help the Eagles pull away. She ended with 16 points, 10 assists and five steals. Semaj Jackson finished with a game-high 20 points plus eight boards. Nevaeh Grisham’s 17, paired with three steals, came from nine first-half points and eight second-half points. Darianna Weathers knocked down six third-quarter free throws toward nine points. Layla Germany put up six, all in half two. Antwanette Coleman (2), Alina Matta (2), Ji’Asia Norris (2), Yeneliz Castro (1) and Ali’Yana Robinson (1) chipped in. Kamyra Clyburn’s eight points led Monroe. Kenya Scott scored three 2-pointers in the first quarter. Kimani Mitchell converted on a three and finished with four points. Jonairys Cruz scored a 3-pointer. Jazmine Flowers had a point.

Pal-Mac led 24-11 at halftime en route to its third straight victory. Julia Belanger had six points in the first half and finished with a game-high 13. Elise Tome reached double figures with 10. Taryn Goodness hit two threes, and Georgia Wirth converted one as each finished with nine points. Shelby Geer scored seven including a second-half 3-pointer. After recording only a made free throw in half one, Alessandra Nigro finished with 12 to lead Mynderse in scoring. Hannah O’Brien had eight, all after halftime. Chelsea Korzeniewski and Peyton Verkey each contributed four. Eden Prayne and Danielle McDermott tacked on two apiece.

Naomi Jones had a team-high 19 points in Newark’s fifth straight win. Arizona Chapple posted a double-double with 12 points and 10 boards. Karina Natale scored 14. TaKyla Vaughn ended with nine points and seven rebounds. Malia Brown (5), Martianna Chance (3) and Myanna Ward (2) rounded out Newark’s scorers. Lily Baughman’s game-high 27 points led Bloomfield. Jayla Bell eclipsed 2,000 career points and became Lyons’ all-time leading scorer in Wednesday’s win. With two threes and a deuce, Jayla Bell scored the eight points needed for the record in the first quarter before she reached 2,000 in the third. Justice Smith, 2019 Lyons graduate, the older stepbrother of Jayla Bell, and current Niagara University men’s basketball player, held the previous record of 1,987 points.
In all, Jayla Bell posted 23 points, nine rebounds, five assists and five steals. All 23 points came in the first three quarters. Car’Mella Parker recorded 11 points, all in the first half, plus two boards, an assist and a steal. Kamryn Bonnell ended with eight points, two rebounds, three assists and four steals. Ja’Niyah Bell collected 10 rebounds with two points and two steals. Kyla Betts tacked on six points and four boards. Addison Jones had six points with a rebound. Areyanna Carter tacked on five points, eight rebounds and two steals. For NR-W, E Nevlezer’s eight points led the team. D Western put up six, all after halftime. Abigail Alward, Olivia DeBoerdere and Laryssa Moore contributed four points apiece. Bailey Formanek, Cadalina Ohler, Kyli Simonds and Delaynee Terrien-Pettinato each had a basket.

To lead A-C in its eighth-straight road win, Payton O’Dell poured in 22 points, 17 rebounds and four steals. The Lady-Wolves extended a seven-point halftime lead to 18 by the end of the third quarter. Then, O’Dell held off a late Letchworth rally with six-straight made free throws down the stretch. Kara Mahany recorded 12 points and three steals. Graceon Mahany contributed eight points, five assists and six boards. Jasmine King tacked on 11 points, five assists and three steals. Morgan Gilbert posted eight points, two rebounds and a steal. Maddie Kellogg ended with four points, three boards and three steals. Autumn Frechette added five boards with a steal. Letchworth trailed by 18 before drawing the deficit to six with less than two minutes left. Sasha Bellamy’s 19 led the Lady-Legends in scoring. Charity Scott scored 16. Gillian Kemp finished with 12. Maya Bellamy and Kendall Jines had four apiece.

In the first quarter, Meyah Putnam scored two 3-pointers and 12 points to help A-P establish an 18-9 lead. Putnam posted 20 points, eight rebounds, seven assists and six steals in the win. All in the second quarter, Evelyn Travis put up nine points. Breanna Jorritsma had a five-point third and ended with eight points. Avery Reagan also tallied eight. Tyanna Rivera-Pike tacked on six. D’Mariannah Hinson-Pike had five second-half points, three from the charity stripe. Charlotte Peck and Kyra Farley each added a 2-pointer. Raegan Giardini’s two first-quarter threes went toward a team-high 13 points. Carmen Crowley recorded eight. Emma Sisson contributed four third-quarter points. Sydney Faulkner and Madyson Stanton rounded out the scoring with two points each.
