GREECE ARCADIA (5-9) 41

Xavier Smith put up a game-high 18 points along with nine rebounds and two steals to lift Greece Arcadia to back-to-back victories. Smith connected twice from the floor in the third quarter to help the Titans take a 34-29 lead into the final eight minutes of play. Drake Sapp added eight points, four rebounds, three assists and one steal while Jahan Wilson accounted for six points, three steals and two rebounds. To complete the Titans scoring, Amir Brown netted six points while Denzel Medlock tallied two. For Pittsford Sutherland, Jackson Birch led the way with 17 points while Hayden Birch reached double-digits with 10 points. Roman Goldstein scored all four of his points in the second quarter while Tyler Allen picked up three points. To round out the scoring, Samuel Byrne, Jayden Morale-Cleggett and Luke Phillips all ended with two points apiece.

AQUINAS (8-4) 72
ROCHESTER PREP (6-7) 55

Christian McCullough and Mackie Terry netted a team-high 20 points apiece to pace Aquinas. McCullough tallied eight points in the opening quarter as Aquinas jumped out to an 18-8 lead. The Li’l Irish did not allow the Tigers within single digits for the remainder of the contest. Trent Buttles added 13 points while Quante Gillians followed with 12. To round out the scoring, Frankie Burgess finished with three points while Carson Allen and Andrew Palermo picked up two points apiece. Jahmere Brown led all scorers with 23 points for Rochester Prep including nine in the third quarter. Tahj Holmes poured in eight points all in the second half while Jayden Sheffield added seven points and Julian Hill six. Kyron Shaw (5) and Ciere Dean (2) completed Rochester’s scoring.

UPREP (8-5) 57
SYRACUSE ACADEMY OF SCIENCE (III) 50

Gavin White led three in double figures, and UPrep won its sixth straight game. White finished 13 points, four rebounds and four assists. Damari Davis added 10 points and six rebounds. Ja’yvion Sampson accounted for 10 points, six rebounds and six assists.

HILTON (2-10) 75
LANCASTER (VI) 40

Jack Smith scored 13 first-half points to help stake Hilton to a 35-10 lead heading into the locker room. Smith connected six times from the floor and went 1-for-1 at the free throw line. The senior forward finished with 15 points on the day. Matt Kosiorek hit a pair of 3-pointers and led the Cadets with 17 points. Kallin Whelehan accounted for 10 points. Cooper Streb found the range from distance on three occasions and contributed nine points. Ryan Cracas (5), Zachary Mattice (4), Matthew Mandrycky (2), Payden Prince (2), Jackson Oliveri (2) and Shane Thompson (2) also scored for Hilton. Rocco Vaughn led Lancaster with nine points. Ben Budzinski, Carter Majchrowicz and Ashton Sikora scored six apiece for the Legends.

BYRON-BERGEN (3-9) 33
CANISTEO-GREENWOOD (9-3) 60

Daniel Stillson finished with 24 points and eight rebounds as Canisteo-Greenwood won its third straight game – all by double digits.  Carson Chaffee added 18 points and 10 rebounds.  James Smith chipped in with eight points and four rebounds.  Cody  Carlson topped Byron-Bergen’s scorers with 13 points.

ALBION (VI) 55
WARSAW (6-7) 60

Jeremy Trzecieski dropped a game-high 19 points while Brayden Merritt followed with 18 points to lead Warsaw to its second straight victory. Carter Bakowski also finished in double-figures with 11 points. For Albion, Kyle Ridder and Tyler Cody led the way with 13 points apiece while Wesley Olles netted 10 points.
