Cam Blankenberg scored eight of his game-high 29 points in the second quarter when Wayne erased an early deficit to take a three-point lead into halftime. Trailing by five after eight minutes of play, Blankenberg connected three times from the floor and converted on two free throws opportunities during the second. Aidan Twist hit three 3-pointers and scored 11 of his 26 points in the second. The win was the eight straight by double digits for the Eagles. Richie Miles scored 12 in the win. Kahlen Clark (5) and Cory Jones also contributed to the Wayne offense. Contrell Parker hit a pair of 3-pointers in the opening quarter as Lyons jumped out to a 16-11 lead. Parker finished with 11 points on the night. JJ Jones had 20 for the Lions. Stephen LeBrecht added 13. The stingy Letchworth defense forced stops, leading to the game winner. Schroeder finished with 10 points. Brody Beachel led with 13 points. Hansen had 12 points. For Caledonia-Mumford, Trent Kessler led with 14 points, five rebounds and three steals. Collin Foote and Sean McNair both scored 10 points apiece. Foote added six boards and four takeaways.
