West Herr Wednesday Girls’ Basketball Wrap: Bachmann leads Churchville-Chili with 27; Cuozzo hits game-winner for York

RUSH-HENRIETTA (0-1) 23

Cadence Bachmann topped Churchville-Chili with 22 points. Bianca LiBritz had 10 points and eight rebounds in the win. Kadyn Hartel and Meya McCroy led Rush-Henriett with seven points each.

EIDSON/WOIS 62

Jakayla Costello led Edison/WOIS with 19 points and four steals. Nakayla Costello added 17 points, seven rebounds and eight assists in the win. Kaysia Jones finished with 15 points. Zoriana Durbano had eight points and 10 rebounds.

EAST 80
WILSON/EARLY COLLEGE 16

Semaj Jackson scored 21 points, and Gabriella Brown Sturdviant added 14 to lead East. Nevaeh Grisham accounted for 10 points in the win. Eniyah Heyward led Wilson with four points. Jayden Shaw had three points. Dani Cantero, Niveah Bradberry, Beya Bounasri and Rachel Tshamala had two points each. Shekinha Tshamala added one point.

GENEVA 22
MARCUS WHITMAN 59

Maddie Daggett scored five of her 15 points in the first half as Marcus Whitman jumped out to a 26-10 lead going into the second half. Evy Royston scored 11 points and added four steals in the win. Elli Deatherage hit for 10 points and ended with five steals. Aliysiah Clark accounted for nine points and added three assists. Lily Carroll scored five points, Helen Snyder added four points and Hailee King pitched in three points. Katelyn Good finished with six points to lead Geneva. Mariangely Saldana and Trinity Maxon ended with four points. Meghan Forbes and Yaimary Morales scored three points. Isabella Alcock also scored two points.

CLYDE-SAVANNAH 62

Taylor Carnevale led Clyde-Savannah with 28 points. Larissa Walters had 15 points and eight rebounds in the win. Sami Branner topped Wayne with 17 points.

Rylee Cuozzo hit the game-winner for York with two seconds remaining. Cuozzo finished with eight points in the game. Isabel Laney and Bree Parsons each ended with nine points in the win. Tessa Rodwell accounted for eight points. Gianna McClain hit for six points and Fiona Grant had two points. Lily Baughman ended with 17 points for Bloomfield. Calla McCombs had nine points.

Bailey Mullen scored 15 of her game-high 26 points in the first half as Canisteo-Greenwood jumped out to a 36-23 lead going into the break. Mullen hit nine times from the floor including five threes. The junior guard also had 14 rebounds to end with a double-double. Anna Mitchell added 19 points connecting on five threes in the win. MacKenna Mullen finished with six points. McKenna Ferris had four points. Lyla Greenfield ended with two points. Kara Mahany led Arkport-Canaseraga with 12 points all coming from the three-point line. Jasmine King connected for 11 points. Gracen Mahany (8), Payton O’Dell (6) and Morgan Gilbert (2) rounded out the scoring.
