Cece Crane backstopped the shutout – the third clean sheet in four game for the Patriots and seventh this season. Penfield has won eight straight and will host No. 7 Brighton in the round of eight.

Shavonne Callahan, Ava Fedele and Jilly Ewing scored a goal apiece to lead Churchville-Chili. Tessa Wood registered a shutout – the third straight clean sheet and ninth overall this season. Maddy Mastrodonato accounted for an assist. Churchville will face No. 6 Hilton in the quarterfinals.

Skylar MacLean scored twice while McKenna Reh and Cammy Adrid added a goal and an assist apiece to lead Victor. Emileigh Perrotta accounted for an assist in the win. Victor will play No. 5 Greece Athena in the quarterfinals.

Julia Russo snapped a two-all tie with six minutes remaining to send Athena to the quarterfinals. Russo converted off a corner kick from teammate Kate Rayburn for the game winner. Abigail Devine scored twice in the first half as the Trojans took a 2-1 lead into the break. Russo and Erica Savage accounted for an assist apiece in the opening 40 minutes. Emilee Montagliano made five saves for the win. Athena will take on No. 4 Victor in the quarterfinals.

Sierra Bianchi turned away six shots for the shutout, and Hilton moved on to the quarterfinals. The shutout was the third in four games for Bianchi. Sophia Licata converted on a corner kick to start the scoring in the first half. Licata headed in the service from teammate Olivia Pilato. Sydney Fisher added an insurance goal midway through the second half. Hilton will face No. 3 Churchville-Chili in the quarterfinals.

Fineen Cregan led Brighton with two goals and an assist. Cregan opened up the scoring three minutes into the game and scored her second in the 23rd minute. Hillary Ostar scored the third goal of the first half in the 35th minute. Izze Ostar stopped four shots in the win. Brighton will face No. 2 Penfield in the quarterfinals.

Tenlee Miller and Mylee Miller led Fillmore with a first-half goal each. Tenlee Miller opened up the scoring in the 23rd minute and Mylee Miller scored 12 minutes later. Ryleigh Goodlff added the lone second-half goal. Grace Walton dished out two assists and Peyton Duvall added one. Fillmore will take on No. 9 Avoca-Prattsburgh in the quarterfinals.

Iyla Garwood netted the game-winner for Northstar Christian off an assist from Analiese Pestke. Alisha Demarest saved 17 shots in the win. Northstar will take on No. 5 Keshequa in the quarterfinals.

Ava Thayer found the back of the net for four goals and added an assist to lead Keshequa. The senior forward started the scoring less than six minutes into the match with an assist from Braelyn Isaman. Thayer finished off a through ball from Ryley Benner and then scored on an unassisted effort to stake the Wildcats to a 3-nil lead at halftime. Isaman , Bree Benner and Madeline Strain added a goal apiece. Riley Nageldinger contributed two assists. Alivia Cartwright also had a helper. Keshequa finished with a 25-1 advantage in shots on goal. Lilly Rautenstrauch made one save for the shutout. Keshequa, returning to Class D after two years in C2, will face Northstar Christian in the quarterfinals. Keshequa won the 2022 D title and advanced to the state semifinals that season.

Meyan Putnam connected on a golden goal when the ninth-grader finished a cross from teammate Maddison Fitzwater 31 seconds into overtime to send Avoca-Prattsburgh to the quarterfinals. The Putnam-Fitzwater duo combined to give A-P a lead in the first half. Shaniese Brown scored for Mount Morris with seven minutes remaining to send the game to extra time. Adriana Mann assisted on the equalizer.
