Emma Spelman (Hilton) provided the assist on McMakin’s goal, bringing her total up to eight for the year. Avery Byrnes made five saves to keep the Golden Eagles off the board.

Outshooting Elmira 29-1, Geneseo needed just two goals to complete a dominating victory. Abby Dunnigan captured the lead for Geneseo in the 11th minute on touches from Juliette Frischmann (Brighton). Casey Holstein added the insurance with nine minutes left.

Emma Pedro’s 35th minute tally stood as the game-winner for RIT’s third win in four games. Pedro’s first of the season came off a helper from Abby Umbenhaur to put the score at 2-1. Rachel Marriott opened scoring for both sides. Emily Sanchez made five saves for the Tigers.

Rochester outshot Carnegie Mellon 10-7, yet failed to find the back of the net in its first loss in five games. Grace Kuropatkin made one save for the Yellowjackets.

Lauren Richie buried the lone tally with 11 minutes remaining in regulation to lead Naz to victory. Tatum Overton provided her second assist of the season on Richie’s first tally of the year. Annika Monfort (Webster Thomas) made two saves for the Golden Flyers.

Alyssa Hackett (Spencerport) registered her team-leading fifth goal of the year to spoil St. Thomas Aquinas’ clean sheet. Mia Tyndell (Brockport) made eight saves to keep the game close for RW.

Grace Devine (Greece Athena) registered two tallies to lead Genesee’s offense. Devine accounted for the first and last goals of the match. Brooklyn Vienna (Red Jacket) and Beatriz Sartorato scored consecutively to push the score to 3-0. Ruby Hoyt (Brockport), Catherine Wolck, Cayleigh Havens (Batavia-Notre Dame) and Sartorato all finished with an assist.

Roberts Wesleyan finished with three more shots on net than Pace but failed to convert a single time. Nicolette Knauf made four saves while opposing netminder turned away eight RW shots. Alyssa Hackett led the Redhawks with five shots, four on net.

By the ninth minute, McKenna Slate handed Brockport a lead it would not concede to get the Golden Eagles back into the win column. Caitlin Nelson provided the helper on the play. Madeline McCrosson made two saves for the shutout victory.

Juliette Frischmann (Brighton) provided both Geneseo tallies to hoist the Knights over Nazareth for a fourth straight victory. Abby Foster found Frischmann in the 59th minute to open scoring. Mollie Collins made three saves for the shutout. Annika Monfort made seven saves for the Golden Flyers.

Four different goal scorers pushed St. John Fisher by Houghton for the squad’s sixth straight win. Kate Rachwal got the Cardinals on the board by the 20th minute. After assisting on the first tally, Emma Spelman (Hilton) doubled the lead, unassisted. Riley Grimm provided her team-leading seventh tally of the year to make it 3-0. Emily Woolingham capped off scoring with 12 minutes left in regulation. Gwen Madden and Siobhan McMakin provided assists on the final two tallies. Avery Byrnes made two saves for the shutout, her third of the season.

Four players found the back of the net, including three in the first 25 minutes, to lead GCC to its fourth straight win. Ruby Hoyt (Brockport), Cayleigh Havens (Batavia-Notre Dame) and Beatriz Sartorato pushed the Cougars to an early 3-0 lead. Macy Altamirano (Oakfield-Alabama) added the final tally in the second half.
