Sam Cipolla (Gates-Chili) netted her 16th and 17th goals of the year to give MCC a lead it would not concede in a ninth straight victory. Cipolla is now tied for second in NJCAA Division I for scoring. Mathilda Hellmich and Kayla Baca (Spencerport) each had an assist on a Cipolla tally. MCC maintained a 2-0 lead by the 51st minute and conceded a single tally with under four minutes remaining. Clare Boesel (Pal-Mac) made eight saves for the victory.

Four different players found the back of the net to drive Brockport over Poly in dominating fashion. McKenna Slate opened the scoring with her third of the year. Megan Gerber doubled the score before halftime and Amelia Breton (Churchville-Chili) made it 3-0 with her fourth of the season. Katie Hotaling capped off the scoring late in regulation. Emily McCane (Churchville-Chili) made one save for the shutout. The Golden Eagles outshot the Wildcats 26-1.

UTICA UNIVERSITY (4-7-0) 1
Abby Foster and Abby Dunnigan (Pittsford Sutherland) gave Geneseo an early 2-0 lead while Mollie Collins turned away eight shots for the victory. Foster gave Geneseo the lead 45 seconds into the game on touches from Juliette Frischmann (Brighton). Dunnigan registered her fourth goal of the season and eventual game-winner. Collins made six saves and allowed one shot to pass after Geneseo claimed a 2-0 lead.

Olivia Harris scored twice in the first 10 minutes to kick-off an offensively dominating win for RIT. Harris now leads the squad with six goals. Second place, Elena Onodera, added an assist on Harris’ second tally and finished with two in the game. Rachel Marriott, Eli Gonzalez and Valeria Luzio each added to the lead before halftime. Emma Watson (Spencerport) and Daniella Malanga both found the back of the net in the second half. RIT outshot Bard 24-1.

Lauren Blanch netted her first two tallies of the season to lead Rochester’s offense in a comeback victory. Blanch provided the game-tying goal before halftime and the insurance tally at the 75-minute mark. Claudia Ferreira assisted both tallies. Natalie Santangelo improved her team-lead in scoring with her fifth of the year. Maya Bravo picked up the assist.

Tatum Overton charged Nazareth’s offense with two goals and helped the team to its second win in three games. The junior scored her second on a penalty kick and now leads the team with seven goals. Haley Glassman, tied second in scoring, registered her second of the year to put Naz up 1-0. Emily Berlinski netted her first of the season to cap off scoring. Caitlyn Smithers and Lauren Richie added an assist apiece for the Golden Flyers.

Riley Grimm and Madelyn Wania paired up to give St. John Fisher an early lead and eventual fourth consecutive victory. Grimm registered two tallies by the fifth minute, both assisted by Wania. Wania registered one of her own in the second half. Emma Spelman (Hilton) picked up the assist on the play. The trio leads the team in goals and assists. Sofia Pantoja made two saves between the pipes for Fisher.

MERCY UNIVERSITY (5-4-1) 2
Larissa Johnston (Greece Athena) scored the lone goal in what completed as Roberts Wesleyan’s third loss in four games. Kara Choate provided the helper on Johnston’s first of the season shortly after halftime, tying the game at one. Mia Tyndell (Brockport) made 11 saves to keep the contest close for the Redhawks.

Grace Devine found Brooklyn Vienna late in the second half and Sarah Kidder was perfect between the pipes to hoist GCC to a win over Herkimer College. Kidder made 14 saves to keep Herkimer scoreless.

Maya Bravo broke the scoreless tie in the 81st minute and the University of Rochester held on for its sixth shutout victory. Emily Sanchez made two saves for RIT and Grace Kuropatkin made five for the win.

Caitlin Nelson (Hilton) netted her first two of the season and Jaylah Cossin added her team-leading eighth goal of the year to lead the Golden Eagles to victory. The junior found the back of the net twice on five shots, once in each half. Cossin also finished with two assists on the night and now leads Brockport with four. Megan Gerber opened scoring nearly midway through the first half. Sierra Edwards (Hilton) scored her fifth of the season to make it 4-0 at the opening of the second half. Madeline McCrosson made one save for Brockport’s ninth straight shutout victory.

Catherine Wolck scored twice to lead GCC to its third victory in four games. Isabella Thom (Holley)and Cayleigh Havens (Batavia-Notre Dame) each scored in the final 20 minutes of regulation. Ruby Hoyt finished with an assist as well. Sarah Kidder made one save over 74.5 minutes of work.
