Braman Post was the first on the board, thanks to an Alex Young RBI double, which brought home Patrick Altpeter in the bottom of the first. The lead didn’t last long however, as Andrew Lenhard and Patrick Zeiser hit back-to-back RBI doubles in the top of the second. After advancing from first to third on an error, Derick Allen was hit home by a Joe Sanna single in the top of the third. Sanna then advanced to third on a steal and a walk, a successfully stole home to extend Greece’s lead. The next run came in the top of the fifth, as Allen hit a line drive single to left field, giving Jaden Madrid time to get home. Alex Young stepped up with the bases loaded in the bottom of the fifth, and hit a three-RBI double, giving Braman Post a one-run deficit. Patrick Zeiser hit a two-RBI double to center field in the top of the sixth, bringing home Juliano and Lenhard. Caleb Wilson drove home one more run in the bottom of the seventh on an RBI single. Nathan Powers earned the win for Greece Post on the mound, as he gave up just four hits and one run through four innings, striking out seven batters and walking two.

Tyler Cannon started the scoring for Post 134 with an RBI single to left field, which brought home Josh Campbell. The lead didn’t last long though, as Tre Walker homered to right field in the bottom of the first, tying things up. Carraig Jones stole home in the top of the second to take back the lead, which Post 134 extended in the third inning after Aiden Julian doubled, and Jones singled, each scoring one run. Then, in the fifth inning, Jack Kelly grounded into a fielder’s choice, which brought home Tyler Cannon, giving Post 134 their fifth run of the game through five innings. Nolan Gamble, hit a two RBI single in the bottom of the fifth, which would end up being his only hit of the game. Post 134 would score three more runs in the top of the sixth, on an RBI single from Cannon, and a two-RBI double from Julian. Jones, who went 2-for-3 on the day, also earned the win from the mound, allowing six hits and thee runs through four innings, striking out four batters and walking three.
