ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Wednesday’s contest between the Rochester Red Wings (1-0, 39-35) and the Indianapolis Indians (0-1, 33-41) at Innovative Field was postponed due to inclement weather.

The two teams will play a doubleheader on Thursday, June 27, beginning at 1:05 p.m. Southpaw Andrew Alvarez (0-2, 9.64) will get the ball for the Red Wings game one, and righty Thaddeus Ward (4-3, 6.71) will make the start in the second half of the twin bill.

Indianapolis’ game one starter has yet to be announced, while righty Jake Woodford (1-4, 4.67) will get the ball in game two.
