Christian Morrison went 2-for-2 with a double, a walk and an RBI to lead Braman Post. Matt Bartusek was 2-for-4 with two bases stolen from the leadoff spot and also crossed home twice. Alex Young walked and stole a base before a two-run single in the fourth provided insurance runs, scoring Morrison and Nick Olmo. Jake Weipert pitched a complete game fanning seven and allowing two hits. Olmo reached base on balls twice and Patrick Altpeter did it once. Isiah Stephens hit a single. For Chili Post, Marcus Roney singled twice and Carter Dunn singled once. Josh Miner, Alex Spezzano, Dunn and Noah Barravecchia registered walks. AJ Cerretto struck out six batters in four innings and in two relief innings Jamie Derleth didn’t allow an earned run.

Ryan Munzinger hit 3-for-4 driving in two runs and scoring one himself en route to Rayson Miller’s fourth consecutive win. Munzinger also recorded a stolen base. Justin Angora went 2-for-4 including a go-ahead RBI single in the fourth. Thomas O’Reilly and Nate Weber crossed home twice each. O’Reilly got on with a pair of walks and a single and also stole three bases. Weber managed one single. Jack Edelstein scored once after being hit by a pitch. Colin MacLean had an early walk then singled in the sixth before scoring off the bat of Max Blaustein’s two-run double. Thomas Carter pitched five innings, fanned three and only surrendered two earned runs. Ferris Goodridge’s Nick Green went 1-for-2, collecting a triple, drove in one run and reached base on balls twice. Connor Newton reeled in a pair of walks and hit a single. Bailey Zambuto scored a run after a single. Sammy Hopkins brought in Green with a fielder’s choice in the first inning. Gavin Zimmer singled and walked. Evan DiCataldo added a walk. Collin Bates had five strikeouts from the mound in six innings.

Weston Elkovitch batted 2-for-3 and drove in three runs and Steven Kraus homered in the third scoring two runners to help Greece Post nab the first leg of the doubleheader. Kaleb Juliano hit a two-run double and tallied three total RBI in the game. Brady Gerig went 2-for-2, crossed home three times and recorded a walk. Kraus added a walk. Jeff Broadnax’s two walks and a single netted him an RBI and a run scored. Trenton Muck got the win on the mound allowing only one earned run and striking out three. Brody Froman scored in the second after being hit by a pitch. Brandon Reina drove in a pair of runs plus a run and a single. Andrew Lenhard crossed home after a walk. Braman Post’s run came from Jake Weipert’s solo shot in the fourth. Christian Morrison and Nick Olmo had a single apiece and Morrison also walked. Isiah Stephens doubled. Caleb Wilson and Brennan Pipitone both reached base on balls.

A 10-run fourth inning helped Greece Post win the second leg of the doubleheader. The 10 runs were scored in the frame before a batter got out. Brady Gerig was 4-for-4 with two RBI and two runs scored. Weston Elkovitch had two doubles and scored a run while driving two runners home. Steven Kraus batted 2-for-4 with two RBI. Brandon Reina also batted in two runs with a fourth-inning single. Parker Zeiser crossed home twice and registered a hit, a walk and one run driven in. Kaleb Juliano was 2-for-2 plus a walk and two scored runs and one more batted in. Jeff Broadnax also scored a run with two walks recorded. Drew Wilson pitched four innings and allowed only one earned run with two strikeouts. In relief, Liam Eshelman got the final three outs. Andrew Lenhard singled, driving in one and scoring himself later. Christian Morrison doubled twice and drove in all three of Braman Post’s runs. Patrick Altpeter, Ben Jacobson and Tino Tiermini scored the runs. Isiah Stephens and Nick Olmo recorded singles. Jacobson and Tiermini had two walks each.
