History 101: Fairport is making its second straight trip to the sectional final. The Red Raiders defeated Victor 5-3 in the 2023 Class AA final and reached the Far West Regional, falling 1-0 to Lancaster. Rush-Henrietta is looking to win its second title in program history and the first since 1990. This is the third time this season the two teams have met, with Fairport taking both prior contests.
