Sammy Saucke went 3-for-3 with three RBI to send Greece Athena to the sectional finals. Connor Osier opened scoring in the first, driving in a run with a single as part of a 2-for-3 day that included a triple in the fourth and a sacrifice fly in the fourth. Derrick Allen started the game on the mound and went 5.1 innings, allowing two hits and two earned runs while striking out nine. Allen also doubled at the plate, driving in one. Parker Goodness relieved Allen and allowed a hit and an earned run in 1.2 innings, striking out three. Goodness added a hit at the plate and drove in a run. Jacob Sova singled and drove in a run. Giovanni Stewart and Ryan Grasley each singled. All three of Irondequoit’s hits and all three of its runs came on solo home runs: Jack Bayerl and Colby Mroczek in the fifth, and Landon Bryan in the seventh. Athena will face Victor in the sectional finals.

No. 1 VICTOR (17-5) 13
Jon Swartz hit a walk-off two-run double in the bottom of the seventh to send Victor to the sectional finals. The double capped a two-hit day for Swartz. Andrew Stagnitto went 2-for-3 while Nick Kriegelstein also hit safely twice, including to lead off the seventh to start Victor’s winning rally. Weston Elkovitch double during 2-for-4 game. Steven Kraus went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run and a double for Hilton. Brady Gerig was 4-for-5 with two RBI for the Cadets, with Andrew Lenhhard notching two hits and three RBI. Victor will meet Athena in the sectional finals.
CLASS C1
No. 5 LETCHWORTH (15-5) 9
No. 1 GANANDA (18-3) 1
Letchworth scored every inning except the second as the Legends punched their ticket to the sectional finals. Noah Almeter led the way, going 2-for-5 with a three-run home run and five RBI. Adam Halsey threw 5.2 innings of one-hit ball without allowing a run and striking out six while getting three hits at the plate. Quinn Baker and Adam Halsey each had three hits, with Baker driving in a run. Brody Whalen doubled and drove in a run. Jacob Stowell and Hayden Schroeder had two hits each. Anthony D’Agostino had a hit and drove in Gananda’s lone run. Matthew Gleason hit safely twice, while Henry Shutts rounded out Gananda’s hits. Letchworth will face Avon in the sectional finals.

No. 3 NORTHSTAR CHRISTIAN (13-4) 8
Brady Driscoll went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBI at the plate while throwing a complete game with three strikeouts on the mound as Avon scored three runs in the first and never trailed. Ryan Davis went 2-for-3 with two runs scored, while Jack Ruter hit safely twice, brought in two runs, and scored twice. Trevor Stroud drove in three on two hits. Devonte Stevens went 2-for-3 with a double and two runs for Northstar. Matt Allen hit safely twice, as did Tyson Deaton.
CLASS C2
No. 4 KENDALL (13-6) 2
No. 1 BOLIVAR-RICHBURG (20-2) 13
A two-run single by Kingston Loucks in the bottom of the second gave Bolivar-Richburg a lead the Wolverines never relinquished. On the mound, Landon Barkley held Kendall to four hits and two earned runs while striking out five, and helped himself at the plate with a 2-for-3 day that included two RBI. Trey Buchholz and Tavyn MacDonell both tripled for the Wolverines, driving in two. Caden Allen hit safely twice and drove in two, while Braden Zilker brought a second inning run home on a groundout. Reiss Gaines added one to the hit column and notched an RBI. Michael Colucci doubled for Kendall, driving in one of their two runs. The other run scored on a fielders choice play involving Nathaniel Shaw. Jonathan Conte, Louis Conte, CJ D’Agostino rounded out the hits for Kendall. Bolivar-Richburg will face off with Geneseo for the sectional title.

Phillip Dotterweich went going 3-for-3 with two doubles, a home run, a sacrifice fly, and five RBI to propel Geneseo to the sectional finals, as the Blue Devils scored at least three runs in every inning except the sixth. Preston Granger went 3-for-5 with three RBI and scored four times out of the nine-hole. Brady O’Brien doubled, brought home a run, drew three walks, and scored four times. Bryce Patterson also had a three hit night, doubling and driving in a run. Oren Ray, Cooper Warner, and Tyler Churchfield each had a hit and two RBI. Kellen O’Brien tripled and brought in a run, while Samuel Chanler singled and tallied an RBI. Luke Davis threw six innings from the mound, striking out 11 and allowing three hits and no earned runs before Warner took over for the seventh and struck out two in a hitless frame. Bryce Tallman led Perry with two hits and an RBI, while Patrik Backus drove in a run. Geneseo will meet Bolivar-Richburg for the sectional title.
