Olivia Steinorth held Hilton’s bats to three hits while striking out 12 for Victor’s third straight victory. The senior walked none and struck out the side to end the game. Victor grabbed a two-run first-inning lead with three doubles from Ryliegh Fontana, Audrey Steinorth and Abby Harris. The Blue Devils doubled the score in the second on a two-out single, walk and double from Mackenzie Visingard, Alexah Loeser and Fontana, respectively. Audrey Steinorth finished 3-for-3 and Fontana, 2-for-3. Hilton scored its lone run in the sixth on a Lucy Murphy single, driving in Ava Brugno. Brugno reached and advanced on two errors.

Both sides combined for 27 hits, but it was Churchville Chili’s nine-hit, 10-run sixth inning that played the difference maker. Leading 5-4, the Saints batted around the order with nine singles and two walks to push the lead to 15-4. Leading the offense, Jordan Sassone went 4-for-4 with three runs scored and two RBI resulting from two hits in the sixth. Malena Leastman and starting pitcher Bailey DiGiacomo both finished with three hits and two RBI on the night. Bailey allowed four earned runs, seven walks and struck out four for the win. The sophomore also scored three times. Grace Stella had two hits, three runs and a RBI from the leadoff spot. Cassidy Wilt generated two RBI and two runs off two hits. Brooke DiGiacomo drove in two and had a hit. Batavia jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first inning but was overtaken in the third. The Blue Devils chalked up eight runs in the final three innings.

In a back-and-forth battle that featured four lead changes, Brighton’s four-run fifth inning proved to be the difference maker. Trailing 3-2 in the third, Brighton’s bats generated three run-scoring hits from Vanessa Ng, Madison Marchiole and Elena Toombs, putting the score at 6-4. Sutherland knotted the score in the fourth on a solo homer from Julia Devaney, 5-5. The Lady Knights reclaimed the lead with one run in the fifth. Gabby Glanville retied the score at six on a bunt as Brighton proceeded to tack on three more runs for the victory. Toombs pitched five innings, struck out two and walked two. Izzy Rozzi took the mound in the sixth and struck out the side for Brighton. Ng finished 3-for-4 with two doubles while Marchiole went 3-for-3 with a double and two RBI. Katie O’Hara also contributed two hits and three RBI in the victory. For Sutherland, Glanton finished 2-for-4 including a solo shot to open the game. Amanda Myers went 3-for-4 and Devaney had three hits with a double.

Abbie Graupman went the distance on the mound and contributed two RBI at the dish to propel Gates Chili. Graupman allowed one earned run on nine hits, three walks and six strikeouts. The junior finished with two hits. Lou McGill and Lilly McMenemy both had two hits with three and one runs scored, respectively. The third and fourth spots in Gates’ lineup accounted for five runs scored and four RBI. Mackenzie Brown and Hannah Brown both finished 1-for-3 with two RBI apiece. For Irondequoit, Abby Ras went 3-for-4 while Norah DeMayo and Emilia Newell both finished with two hits. Laney Flynn added a hit, two runs scored and a RBI. Kailey Besio and Norah both finished with a RBI. Irondequoit finished with one less hit than Gates, 10-9.

Tied at two with two outs, Maeve Petitti singled and stole second to allow Lilly Petitti to double her sister in for the walk-off victory. Starting pitcher Hannah Carpenter worked out of a bases loaded jam in the top half of the inning to keep the score tied. The sophomore finished with four strikeouts and a RBI sac fly. Maeve Petitti led the offensive charge with three hits, including a triple, four stolen bases and accounted for all of the Blue Devils’ runs. Lilly Petitti added two hits with two RBI. Izzy Neu went the distance for Spencerport and struck out four. Paige Stein put the Rangers on the board in the first inning with a solo homerun and finished with two hits. Ella Newell picked up three hits and a RBI as well. Brockport had lost the previous matchup to Spencerport 10-9.

Jalissa Crittenden tallied 10 strikeouts over seven innings to give Eastridge its second victory over Aquinas this season. The sophomore went 2-for-4 at the dish with two RBI. Harper Kuehnes kept her hot streak going with a RBI and two runs on two hits. Freshman JJ Siembor cranked a solo shot off the scoreboard and finished 2-for-4 with a RBI and three runs scored. Riley Madigen drove in Aquinas’ lone run and finished 1-for-3. Seventh grader Kendall Buttles went the distance and struck out nine for the Lil’ Irish.

Leah Sperry controlled the entire game on the mound for Mercy, giving up just two hits, three walks and striking out 10. Natalie Casale and Annika VanDamme were the two Monarchs to have multi-hit games with three and two, respectively. Leadoff hitter Kate Abbamonte drove in three without registering a hit and Casale added two RBI. Ava Verdi accounted for a hit, two runs and a RBI at the bottom of the lineup. Alannah Riley added a hit, run and RBI. Maddie Oleksyn, Isabella Mitrano and Rowan Hennessy all picked up a hit in the win. Hailey Walters and Kiley Knittle collected the only hits for Finney with one apiece.

Felicity Grant and CC Biondo produced five runs and four RBI to lead York over Lima Christian. Grant had a bases-clearing hit, scoring three in the third and finished with two hits, a run scored and four RBI. Biondo went 5-for-5 at the dish and scored four times. The two seniors on the squad, Becca Lee and Meredith Holland, split six hits and four runs scored on their celebratory senior night. Lima Christian’s big inning came in the third, scoring three runs.

Eight players managed to pick up a hit while 11 players reached base safely in Bishop Kearney’s victory. Coral Enscoe and Claire Spears both had two hits and combined for three RBI and three runs. Alaina Ruffino and Dyanni Rivera singled in two runs apiece. Haleigh Ververs-Cruz scored two with a double and crossed home plate twice. Miami Jones and Carmella Phelan both added a hit as well. Phelan tossed three perfect innings on the mound, striking out seven. Leah Jacobs pitched one inning, gave up two walks, a hit and struck out two.

Pal-Mac’s entire starting lineup reached base with hits while seven had multi-hit performances. With only two hits in the first two innings, Pal-Mac accumulated 17 runs on 17 hits and eight walks between the third and sixth innings. Addison Gendron led the victors, going 4-for-4 with three RBI, a double and a run scored. Elianna Rouland drove in four on two hits, including a double. Ella Upchurch went 2-for-4, drove in three RBI and crossed home plate four times. Shana Devlin and Shelby Geer both had two hits, two runs scored and a RBI. Geer also reached base three times via walk. Aleigha D’Amato and Mikayla Thomas both had two hits and two RBI. Briana VanHaneghan and Kathryn Herrmann both had a hit apiece. Lyons jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first inning using three consecutive doubles from Rylee Richardson, Baylei Reed and Addison VanLare. VanLare drilled a homerun in the top of the third to put Lyons up 4-3 and finished 3-for-4 with two RBI and two runs. Kamryn Bonnell and Reed both tallied two hits and combined for three RBI and two runs scored. Richardson, Peyton Bonnell and Hailey Battle all had a hit in the loss.

Jessie Crye notched 15 strikeouts in part of a complete game one-hitter to handle one of the top teams in Class D. The sophomore went 1-for-3 at the dish and drove in a run on a ground out. Kyleigh DeRider led Avon’s offense with two hits and two runs scored. Abigail Schutz also had two hits with a run scored. Lily Ruter went 1-for-2 with a walk and drove in one on a single in the third. Notre Dame’s only hit came in the sixth inning on a one-out single from Loretta Sorochty who eventually scored on a sac bunt and wild pitch.

Emily Pietrzykowski went the distance for Alexander allowing just one hit, three walks and five strikeouts. The junior finished with a double and run at the dish. Ava Yax was the only player to have multiple hits in the game, going 2-for-2 with two walks, a run scored and RBI. Melissa Sawyer singled in a run in the first inning. Melanie Bump and Ella Felski both had a hit in the game, Felski adding a run. Madison Boyce drove in a run on a groundout in part of a three-run fifth and added a run scored. Perry starting pitcher Keira Weber picked up the only hit for Perry. The sophomore finished with 12 strikeouts and allowed three earned runs on six hits and four walks. Weber collected her 400th career strikeout and increased her season total to 170.

Wellsville exploded for 10 hits and jumped out to a 12-0 lead by the third inning en route to its 13th consecutive victory. Eight players recorded multiple hits, six of them with 2-plus RBI. Lindsay Stuck headed the stat sheet going 3-for-3 with a homerun, double, two walks, three RBI and four runs scored. Averee Palmatier and Makenna Dunbar also had three hits in the game, combining for three runs and two RBI. Makenzie Cowburn collected four RBI on a double and home run. Marissa Ordway went the distance on the mound allowing one earned run on seven hits, two walks and eight strikeouts. The senior also added a dinger, two RBI and a run. Brazen Beckwith, Natalie Adams and Teagan Burke all had two hits apiece. Sawyer Burke added one hit. For Hornell, Jordyn Dyring and Kadience Gollnitz both had two hits. Gollnitz picked up two RBI on a bases loaded double in the third inning. Raegan Evingham, Selena Maldonado and Parker Graham all finished with a hit.

Calla McCombs chipped in with two hits, two RBI and two runs scored. Eighth grader Syd Falsone batted leadoff, picked up two hits and scored twice. Emma Farrelman and Cece Falsone added a hit apiece in the victory.
