The 2024 Girls’ Basketball Class AAA Section V bracket features three independent schools, two Rochester City Athletic Conference (RCAC) squads and one team from Monroe County Division I. The tournament opens with the quarterfinals on Saturday and the finalists will clash on March 2 to crown a champion.
This is the first year since 2012 that sectionals will be competed at the AAA level. Top-seeded Rush-Henrietta enters having won four of its last six games. Edison aims to capture its first sectional title in program history. Here’s the breakdown:
