The 2024 Section V Class B1 Boys’ Basketball bracket consists of five squads from Livingston County Division I, three teams from Finger Lakes East, two from Monroe County Division IV and one from Rochester City Athletic Conference. First-round action begins on Tuesday and the championship is slated for March 1.
