Natalie Mai and Kate Crowley combined for 29 points, including 10 in the fourth quarter to fend off Williamsville South for a third straight win. Mai finished with 15 points on three three’s and six consecutive free throws. Crowley used a three and five free throws to accumulate 14 points. Senior Cate Rathnam added nine points with seven coming in the third quarter. Mendon’s Sarah Hanfland contributed seven points on free throws. Gabriela Esposito registered six points and Danielle Mooney had one. Williamsville South’s Leah Solomon drained five three’s and went 4-for-4 from the line. Solomon tested the Mendon offense in the fourth quarter, putting in 13 of the squad’s 18 points. Kimora Berry followed with 14 points and Nicole Miller made three shots from behind the arc for nine points. Tessa Petrie had two points and Hannah Meetze finished with three.

Freshman Maddie Murphy bolstered the Hilton offense with 16 points and aided in the second-half comeback for Hilton’s second victory of the year. The Cadets were down by eight points at one point in the third quarter. Ella Clark (13) and Mallory Heise (10) both reached double-digits in scoring. Elena Graziano (6), Ella Simonelli (6), Leah Thompson (5) and Ava Heise (2) all contributed in the win for Hilton.

Loren Green dropped 25 points and Molly O’Toole added 15 to lead Aquinas to its second win of the season. Green also finished with four assists and four steals. AJ Orr managed a double-double with 12 points, 10 steals and seven rebounds. Carlee Thomas contributed eight points in the win.

Leading scorer, Kyleigh Chapman, helped Canandaigua build a 17-point lead by halftime to lead the squad to its second straight win. The senior finished with 26 points in three quarters of work. Julia Geitner and Macy Bacon followed with 11 and nine points, respectively. Webster Thomas’ Kristina Baller led the squad with 13 points.

York used a 22-point first quarter with a nine-point lead to maintain distance between Williamson/Marion for its second win of the year. Tessa Rodwell led the charge with 18 points and nine rebounds. Bree Parsons registered 13 points and eight rebounds. Merideth Holland led the team in rebounds with 13 and added three points. Gianna McClain also had eight points in the victory. Kate Campbell (18) and Elizabeth Brandi (10) were the top two scorers for Williamson/Marion.

Eva Jenny dropped a 20-point performance to steer Gananda in the first of two matchups this year between Wayne County foes. The senior had just two points by the second quarter, but connected seven shots, with one three and three free-throws by the end of the game. Kaylee Marvin contributed 13 points, Madison Dohse tossed in 12 and Nyah Cruz added 10. Nicole Cruz generated all eight of her points in the second-half alone and Ava VanAntwerp sank two shots for four points. Lyons’ Jayla Bell accounted for over half of the squad’s points. The junior finished with 27 points that included 11 in the first quarter and six shots from long-range. Car’Mella Parker (8), Milleniyah Glanton (7) and Kyla Betts (4) made up the scorers for Lyons.

Bloomfield had five players record double-digit points and the squad managed its third consecutive win with ease. Lily Baughman finished atop the leaderboard with 17 points and Sofie Kachmaryk followed with 14 points. Calla McCombs and Annie Dodge each had 12 points on six makes. Dodge registered eight of her points in the first quarter. Ashlyn Wright rounded out the group with 10 points. Sadie Kachmaryk finished with four points and Abby O’Brien had three in the victory. Maggie Bloom led Romulus in scoring with seven points. Morgan Kisner, Natalie Buisch and Maria Aguilera all finished with four points while Alyssa Mari added two.
