Connor McRae registered a 32-save shutout to help Fairport collect its first win of the season. Axel Black led the way with two goals including one on the power play and an assist. AJ Nelson found the back of the net and recorded two assists. Jack Gosiewski scored on the power play and registered an assist. Mitchell Monte and Thomas Edwards also scored for the Red Raiders. Ryan Alexander tallied two assists while Mark Hillier, Lucas Milne, Nick Rene, and Ryder James also recorded an assist.

Jace Ingram made 35 saves for WFL. Leo Cohrs scored the opening goal of the contest with assists from Joe Walsh and Ryan Allen. Frontier scored six straight goals after WFL’s opening goal.

Ethan Hallock led the way for Spartan Hockey with a hat trick performance. Jack Everts, Nolan Jeroy, and Matthew Turner also scored for the Spartans. Logan Swartzenberg picked up the victory between the pipes.

Brady Johnson led the way for Batavia Notre Dame with a three-point performance in their first defeat of the season. Johnson found the back of the net twice including one on the powerplay in the second period and tallied an assist. Jameson Motyka scored the other goal for the United and also recorded an assist. Ivan Milovidov registered an assist.

Lucas Nuccitelli led the way for the Titans with a two-point performance to help Webster Thomas bounce back from a season-opening loss. Nuccitelli scored a goal and tallied an assist. Jackson Beriner and Peyton Hewitt both recorded their first varsity goals. Cam Hall and Nathan Scheirer also scored for the Titans. Carter Chase registered an assist.

Danny Kucmerowski tallied a 33-save shutout to help the Portside Royals win back-to-back contests. Frank Grad led the way with a hat trick and an assist for the Royals. Zach Haines potted two goals while Zach Neu also found the back of the net. Sal Balbi registered three assists while Landen Christ also recorded a helper.

Karl Warren recorded four points to help Canandaigua win back-to-back contests. Warren tallied a hat trick and an assist. Maddox Smith scored twice and registered two assists. Christian Stasko and Josh Barnes both scored a goal and tallied two assists. Alex Chen scored a goal and registered an assist. DJ Spychalski also scored for Canandaigua. Jed Smith, Nick Hoffman, Arthur Fuller, and Brody Spinosa all recorded an assist. Charlie Fuller made 14 saves in net.

Victor was not able to erase a 4-0 deficit as they opened the season with a loss. Eli Weingart scored to get the Blue Devils on the board. Charlie Seiler brought Victor within two with an assist from Justin Slavny.

Brandon Delaney scored the overtime game-winner for the Greece Storm to snap their losing streak. Carter Griffin scored twice for the Storm while Spencer Griffin and Jayden Gargana scored and tallied an assist. Landon Howell also scored for Greece.

HAMBURG CENTRAL (VI) 3
Emmet Landt scored four times to lead Brighton/HFl to back-to-back victories. Landt Connected once on the powerplay and scored the other three tallies at even strength. Liam Lawerence scored the other marker for the Bruins on the powerplay with an assist from Nick Gray and Matthew Brassie. Gray finished the contest with two helpers. Natalie Loncz, Patrick Rohr, and Phillip Stapf also registered assists. Ryan Hurwitz made 29 saves in net for the Bruins.

Seth Taylor registered a 25-save shutout to help WFL bounce back from a loss. Collin Trapiss and Trevor Delmarle led the way with both scoring two goals. Jack McCormack scored a goal and registered two assists. Caden Guenot, Ryan Allen, and Garrett McDougal also scored for the Panthers. Samuel Schading, Joe Walsh, and Graham Mauchly registered assists.

Churchville-Chilli fell behind 3-0 and was not able to overcome the deficit. Evan Girolamo got the Saints on the board with an assist from Finnean Storie. Parker Farnham pulled Churchville-Chili within one in the third period with an assist from Jake Herring. Williamsville South added an empty net goal to secure the victory.

Four different players scored for Webster Thomas. Logan Billone scored the first goal for the Titans on the powerplay. Cole Burton gave the Titans a 2-0 lead. Nate Scheirer put Webster Thomas up by three. Trevor Veno gave the Titans another three-goal lead after Niagara-Wheatfield got on the board. Niagara-Wheatfield scored four straight goals to secure the victory.

Johnson found the back of the net twice including one with a man advantage and tallied an assist. Jake Hutchins also scored twice with one of his goals coming on the powerplay. Ivan Milovidov scored a goal and registered three assists for the United. Maggio Buchholz scored his first varsity goal in the victory. Jameson Motyka recorded two assists while Sam Pies, Noah Whitcombe, Brady Carney, and Orion Lama also tallied assists.

Sal Balbi completed the WNY High School Showcase sweep for the Portside Royals with a five-point performance. Balbi scored a hat trick and registered two assists. Sam Schultz and Alex Schram scored their first varsity goals for the Royals. Landen Christ scored as well. Frank Grad recorded three assists while Kevin Eckerd had two assists. Justin Pastorella also tallied an assist. Liam Bischoping made 19 saves between the pipes.
