History 101: The Byron-Bergen/Elba combined program won its second sectional championship and is looking for its second regional berth. The Bees advanced to the Class C state final in 2017 where they lost in overtime to Lansing (IV), 2-1. Cuba-Rushford/Hinsdale is looking to make its first regional appearance.
What’s next: The winner will face Section VI champion Wilson (15-2-2) in the NYS Class A Far West Regional.
