PJ Picco found the back of the net twice and picked up an assist to lead Hornell to its second sectional title in three years. Wyatt Evingham put Hornell on the board with the Picco assist, 23 minutes into the first half. Both of Picco’s goals came in the second half. Jack Emo snagged an assist on one of them. The Red Raiders move on to face the Section VI Class B Champion in the NYS Far West Regional match.

Robert Childs connected with Tanner Lewis twice to lead Cuba-Rushford/Hinsdale to its first Section V Boys’ Soccer Title. Geneseo knotted the game at one with 23 minutes remaining in regulation. The Rebels will take on Byron-Bergen/Elba for a shot at the NYS Far West Regional match.
