Emily Peacock buried the game winner with 11 minutes left in regulation to snap Victor’s five game win streak and to keep Spencerport’s perfect season intact. Lindsay Lenhard registered the assist on the play. The Rangers will play No. 4 Pittsford Mendon in the semifinals.

Sophomore Lillian Larimer registered the only goal of the game while Kate Crowley and Leah Muench combined for a six-save-shutout to send Pittsford Mendon to the semifinals. Danielle Mooney picked up the assist on Larimer’s tally. Mendon is to face the unbeaten No. 1 seed, Spencerport.

NO. 3 WEBSTER THOMAS (13-4-0) 3
Magdalayna Auinger notched a tally in each half to lead Webster Thomas over Penfield for the second time this season. Sophie Esders got Thomas on the board 14 minutes into the game. Catherine Rogers added two assists and Jaylen Bay made four saves in the win. Jordyn Constable produced Penfield’s two goals, late, to reduce the deficit to one. Alice Marchese accounted for an assist. The two sides met twice during the regular season and split victories. On a five-game win streak, Thomas advances to take on No. 2 Webster Schroeder in the semis.

Webster Schroeder’s Leah Marcell buried the game winner in extra time to down Greece Athena in identical fashion to its season opener. The Warriors started their season with a 1-0, OT victory over Athena. Schroeder will face No. 3 Webster Thomas in the semifinals, a foe it defeated earlier this season, 3-1.

NO. 1 AQUINAS (14-1-2) 5
Five different players scored a goal and Sienna Fallone contributed four assists to lead Aquinas in the quarterfinals. Lily Bell opened scoring eight minutes into the match. Juliana Sevio and Giuliana Schaller pushed the lead to three by halftime with a goal apiece. Savannah Sweet added the fourth tally for Aquinas after half and Vivi Oliveri capped off the match with her second tally of the year. Aquinas advances to take on No. 5 Greece Olympia in the semis. Aquinas beat Olympia, 6-1, in the first meeting between the two this season.

Following a scoreless first half, Jenna Christensen buried the only goal of the match to snap Greece Olympia’s three game skid. Kayla Mattice picked up the assist on Christensen’s 10th tally of the year. Elizabeth Faulkner made 11 saves to keep Wayne at bay. Olympia will face No.1 Aquinas in the semifinals.

Lillian Boesel scored twice in the first half to push Palmyra-Macedon into the semifinals and hand Batavia its second straight loss. Jaelyn Drain and Maya Ikewood each added an assist in the victory. Marianna Hodgins made six saves for the shutout. Batavia generated a perfect record until its last regular season game against Greece Athena. Pal-Mac advances to face No. 2 Pittsford Sutherland.

Alexandra Bova and Callie Johnson split four tallies to lead Pittsford Sutherland. Emma Wesley accumulated a goal and assist while Kate Pinto also chipped in a tally. Meghan Joerger and Bova finished with an assist apiece. Lea Kenney made five saves. Pittsford Sutherland will take on No. 6 Palmyra-Macedon in the semifinals. Sutherland faced Pal-Mac earlier this season and walked away with a 3-1 victory.
CLASS B
NO. 7 LIVONIA (10-5-3) 2
NO. 2 CANISETO-GREENWOOD/JASPER-TROUPSBURG (13-3-1) 0
Following a scoreless first half, Livonia opened scoring five minutes into the second on a corner kick. The Bulldogs sealed the victory with an insurance tally, three minutes left in regulation. Livonia moves on to play the third seed, Mynderse, in the semifinals.

NO. 4 DANSVILLE (12-3-3) 3
Megan Tyler and found the back of the net twice to hoist Dansville over Penn Yan and advance to the semifinals against No. 1 Haverling. Aynsley Belcher added a tally and Emma Allen finished with an assist. Emma Butters made five saves for the shutout, her 10th of the year. The Mustangs have yet to beat Haverling in two matchups this season.

Oakfield-Alabama/Elba will face No. 2 Williamson in the semifinals.

Hope Russell accumulated five goals and a tally to help Fillmore coast to the next round. The senior completed the hattrick by halftime and cracked open the second half with consecutive assists from Grace Russell. Grace fed Hope twice for her 99th and 100th career assists. Grace then added a tally of her own, all within a span of two minutes. Tenlee Miller and Delaney Hillman both finished with a goal and assist. Amelia Rose found the back of the net once. Mattie McCumiskey, Rachel Hatch and Mylee Miller each contributed an assist. Fillmore will battle No. 5 Marion in the Class D semifinal match.

NO. 4 AVOCA/PRATTSBURGH (13-4-1) 1
For the second time this postseason, Marion advances to the next round on penalty kicks. It took two rounds (4-4, 3-2) to decide a winner. Marion faces No. 1 Fillmore on Wednesday, October 25th.

NO. 3 GENESEE VALLEY/BELFAST (14-3-1) 4
Four different goal scorers carved the path for Genesee Valley/Belfast to advance to the semifinals against No. 2 Northstar Christian. Danika Scott, Hannah Southwick, Bayleigh Tallman and Kayla Wedge all found the back of the net in the victory. GV-B was 1-1 against Friendship/Scio in the regular season heading into the sectional match.

Freshman Allie Skeval netted the game winner in overtime to send Northstar Christian to the semis against No. 3 Genesee Valley/Belfast. Aliyah Cuylear made the victory possible with 16 saves for the shutout.
