Braelyn Isaman finished with a goal and three assists while Madeline Strain and Ava Thayer scored two goals apiece as host Keshequa won the 2023 Don Thompson Tournament championship. Libby Benner opened the scoring two minutes into the match with an assist from Isaman. Four minutes later, Isaman set up Strain, and Keshequa took a 2-nil lead into halftime. Strain scored four minutes into the second stanza with an assist from Kelsey Davis. Isabella Hugi made three saves for her second shutout of the season. Isaman, Thayer and Kaylin Fox earned All-Tournament honors.

Behind four different goal scorers, Alexander was able to collect its second home victory of the season. Shannon Schmeider opened the scoring in the 27th minute with a breakaway goal. Annabella Nicastro found the back off the net nine minutes later to extend the Alexander lead. Karly Roetzer tallied a goal with an assist from Melissa Sawyer in the 52nd minute. Alexis Dodge set up Alexis Marino for a tally in the 60th minute on a crossed ball.
