The Rochester Red Wings’ game Saturday afternoon against the Worcester Red Sox was suspended in the second inning due to inclement weather.
Rochester was leading Worcester 1-0 before the contest was halted.
The two teams will continue Sunday 12:05 p.m. on Sunday followed by a seven-inning contest after the completion of the first game.
Southpaw Anthony Banda started for Rochester Saturday afternoon. Wily Peralta is the probable starter for the seven-inning game.
Rochester will finish up its series with Worcester before traveling to Scranton/Wilkes-Bare to take Railriders before returning home on August 8 to take on the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs.
