The 2023 Section V Class B2 Baseball bracket features four teams from Livingston County, two Finger Lakes teams, one team from Wayne County and Genesee Region along with one Independent. The First Round is set to being on May 20th with the championship set for May 27th.

No.1 seed and 2022 semi-finalist Wayland-Cohocton enters having won seven of its last eight games as the Golden Eagles try to clinch a sectional title for the first time since taking two straight in 2012 and 2013. Defending champion Haverling enters as the No. 3 seed. No. 2 seed North Rose-Wolcott is seeking to win its second sectional title in program history, the first coming in 2016.
