Jaden Madrid worked out of first-inning trouble and fired five shutout innings on the mound, striking out eight to spark Greece Athena to a fourth consecutive win. A four-run second inning followed as the Trojans never looked back. Connor Osier led the Trojans at the plate going 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles, a run scored and three RBI. Madrid also chipped in at the plate with a triple and a run scored. Valencio Almborg-Perez added an RBI single and a run and Sam Saucke drove in a pair. Riley Catena, Salvatore Butera and Ryan Grasley each had a hit and a run for the Trojans. Derrick Allen also added a hit for Greece Athena. Patrick Altpeter led the Aquinas attack going 3-for-4 with an RBI. Caleb Wilson added a pair of hits while Ryan Lewin and Lucas Leone each had a hit for the Lil’ Irish.

Charlie Sobaszek went the distance scattering eight hits with six strikeouts to help lead Rush-Henrietta. Sobaszek also added an RBI single at the plate. Kyle Van Auker had three hits and an RBI, Justin Angora chipped in two hits and three runs and Quentin Grimes posted two hits for the Royal Comets. Connor Nguyen provided a two-run double that gave the Royal Comets a 5-3 lead they wouldn’t relinquish. Josh Butka went 3-for-4 with a run ti lead the Webster Thomas offense. Mason Lawyer had a two hit day with a run and an RBI. Eddie Frusci and Nick Olmo had 1 hit each while Joey Baller provided an RBI single for the Titans.

Evan Putney pitched seven shutout innings, allowing just three hits and striking out nine to lead Churchville-Chili. At the plate, Putney added a hit and a run. Justin Meister led the balanced offensive attack going 2-for-3 with two runs and an RBI. Joshua Campbell, Cooper Romich, Michael Sardou, Anthony Shortino, Jaylen Lopez and Dominic Morsch all added a hit for the Saints. Romich drove in a pair of runs while Shortino and Parker Farnham each had one RBI. Morsch, Romich and Shortino each added a run scored. For Brockport, Kaedan Laureano, Owen Cummings and Ryan Maxwell each had a hit.

Leo Tellier pitched five shutout innings in relief to help lead Irondequiot to its third straight victory. Tino Tiermini produced a two-hit day with a double and two RBI. Taylor Filighera reached base twice with a hit and a walk while scoring and driving in a run. Brody Froman, Max Spitz, Connor Gresens, Carraig Jones, Landon Bryan and Jack Bayerl each added a hit for the Eagles. Froman and Spitz each drove in a run while Froman, Gresens, Jones, Bryan and Cade Vida each scored once. Evan Alexander, Bronx Buchholz, Aidan Anderson and Jameson Motyka each had a hit for Batavia. Anderson and Motyka each scored for the Blue Devils.

Pedro Garcia was 3-for-3 with an RBI to lead East. Dabdiel Ramos walked and scored for the Eagles. Miguel Matos went 1-for-3. Josiah Brown reached twice on walks while Yoelvis Cabrera also worked a base on balls. The game is part of a five-day trip to California for East High Baseball. During their time in the Golden State, the Eagles have toured and watched a game at the University of California (Berkeley) along with attending an Oakland Athletics’ game. They will also tour the Golden Gate Bridge and Park, Redwoods National Parks and visit Oracle Park for a San Francisco Giants’ game.

Gio Petrone finished 3-for-4 with two RBI, five stolen bases and four runs scored to lead SOTA which exploded for 16 runs in the fifth inning. Pedro Lebron, Harry Larson, Paul Stevens, and Cooper Zeh each contributed hits. Harry Larson started and struck out three over two innings of work on the mound. Jack Wingert fanned five with one walk over three hitless innings of relief work. Wilson’s Kaesel Cuevos-Alverez started and struck out 10 while allowing three hits over four innings. Wilson led 6-0 after two innings.

Kevin Rivera and Yosiri Martinez-Mena scored three runs apiece to lead Monroe/School Without Walls to a second a straight win. Walter Yadiel Cartagena-Rodriguez and Kidanny Abdiel-Perez both crossed home twice in the win. Osvaldo Rivera-Perez and Diyael Berrios-Guzman also scored. Daniel Campbell and Eduardo Cirino both scored for Franklin/World of Inquiry.

Tim Leary fired six shutout innings striking out nine to lead Northstar Christian. Da’Vonn Stevens led the offensive attack going 3-for-5 with three runs scored.

Naples scored three runs in the seventh to rally and stay unbeaten. Drew Reigelsperger led the way going 2-for-4 with an RBI, a run scored and two steals. Reigelsperger also finished the game off with a scoreless inning on the mound, striking out two. Donovan Todd added two hits a stolen base and a run. Grady Grove, Cade Rathbun, Traugott Uhlen each added a hit. Grove added a run and an RBI and Rathbun scored once. Charlie Grove pitched 5.1 innings with seven strikeouts for the Big Green Machine. William Covey led Honeoye going 2-for-3 with three RBI. Sam Clark added a three hit day with a double and two runs scored. Owen Cuba added a pair of hits while Evan Cuba, Daniel Gawel, Christian Lead, Logan Johnson and Andrew Fraser each added a knock for the Bulldogs. Evan Cuba also pitched 4.1 innings allowing no earned runs with nine strikeouts.

Aiden Reed pitched a perfect game on the mound to lead Red Jacket to a home opener win. Reed struck out 12 of the 15 batters he faced in the game. Liam Trick led offensive efforts with three hits and four RBI. Aidan Griffith, Dylan Henry, James Sibeto, Hunter Finnick and Cal Herendeen all had multiple hits in the game for Red Jacket.

Jake Prayne and Alan Plummer combined for a one-hit shutout on the mound while striking out 13 to lead Mynderse Academy. Plummer also went 3-for-3 at the plate with two doubles and three RBI. Prayne and Robert Meeks each singled twice and collecting an RBI. Tommy Rook and Nico Franzone each had two hits and two RBI for the Blue Devils. Jaydan Ryrko and Brody Herron each tripled and had two RBI. Ethan King added a pair of hits. Bullock added a hit for Lyons.

Sodus exploded with 11 runs in the first inning to roll to a seventh consecutive victory. Evan Laird led the way in the lead off spot going 3-for-3 with a double, a triple and two RBI. Jacob Laird went 2-for-3 with a double and four RBI while Logan Busman went 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles and three RBI. Henry Cromartie added a hit and two RBI for the Spartans. Jed Bowdine scored twice and drove in a run while Garrett Barron added a double, two runs and an RBI. Bradyn Orbaker added a hit and run.

Timothy also contributed in the box, going 1-for-2 with a run. Liam Ezard, Brodie Hatfield and Joe Bauer each added a hit. Ezard drove in two runs with a double. Hatfield and Bauer each added two runs scored for the Golden Knights.

A 10-run second inning after trailing 2-0 broke the game open for Wayland-Cohocton which won its third game in a row. The Eagles offensive attack was led by Markus Brehm who went 2-for-3 with a double and four stolen bases. Ethan Loop reached base four times going 1-for-1 with three walks, three runs and two stolen bases. Matt Clark pitched six innings to earn the win for the Eagles. For Geneseo, Ethan Bennett was 4-for-4 with two runs.

Gage Thomas fired a complete game allowing two earned runs while striking out six to lead Haverling to a third straight win. The Rams jumped out to a two-run lead early before Le Roy tied it in the top of the fifth. Dylan Wenban laid down a sacrifice bunt and beat the throw for a base hit. The throw sailed high into foul territory in right field allowing what would ultimately be the two winnings runs to score in Owen Smith and Mason Davis. Wenban reached base twice with two runs scored. Zach Musso added a hit, two walks, two RBI and a run while Ethan Brotz added a hit. Alexander Spezzano led the Oatkan Knights offense, reaching base three times, including a double, a run and an RBI. Ryan Shirley had an RBI double, Jackson Spezzano added a double and Ryan Higgins had a hit for Le Roy.

Tyler McClurg led off the bottom of the sixth with a double and scored on Tyler Potter’s fielder’s choice to put Caledonia-Mumford ahead for good en route to its first win of the season. Casey Decker went 3-for-4 with a double, an RBI and two runs scored to lead the Raiders. Luke Donaghue added a two hit day, including a triple and two RBI. Potter went 2-for-2 on the day with the go ahead RBI and two runs scored. Donny Peet pitched four innings in relief as he scattering three hits with nine strikeouts to pick up the win. For Perry, Bryce Tallman went 2-for-3 on the day while Trenton Washburn contributed a two run double.

A six-run second inning sparked Oakfield-Alabama to a sixth consecutive victory. Bodie Hyde led with a complete two way effort. Hyde went 1-for-2 with two walks, an RBI, three runs and three stolen bases at the plate. On the mound, Hyde threw 3.2 innings shutout innings to earn the win, allowing two hits and striking out seven. David Schnaufer enjoyed a multi-hit day, going 2-for-4 with a double and three RBI. Brayden Smith added three RBI for the Hornets while Aiden Warner chipped in a hit, an RBI, three runs and two stolen bases. Brenden Wescott added two runs, two steals and a hit. Austin Pangrazio had a hit and a run while Colton Yasses and Shaun Alexander each drove in a run. Kyle Porter added three stolen bases and a run. Anthony Auricchio and Sean Pietrzykowski each had a hit for Alexander. Tyler Marino added a double while Christian Kissel had a triple. Auricchio drove in a pair and Pietrzykowski had one RBI for the Trojans.

Three pitchers, Landon Barkley, James Margeson and David Baldwin, combined for a no-hitter as Bolivar Richburg won for the second game in a row. Reiss Gaines compiled a 4-for-4 day at the plate including a triple, four runs and three RBI. Aydin Sisson added a three hit day with four RBI and four runs. Margeson added three hits, three RBI and two runs. Barkley and Trey Buchholz added a hit and three runs for the Wolverines. Cayden Gaines and David Abdo each chipped in a hit for Bolivar Richburg. Gaines scored twice and drove in a run while Abdo had two RBI and scored once. Baldwin, Evan Pinney and Caden Allen all scored for the Wolverines.
