The 2023 Section V Class B2 Girls’ bracket features five Livingston County teams, two Finger Lakes East squads and one more each from the Genesee Region, Independent and Wayne County League. The tournament opens with first-round games on Tuesday night and the finalists will meet on March 3rd to decide the championship.
Dansville, the top seed, is looking for its second sectional title in the last four years. Wellsville, the No. 4 seed, enters postseason play with five wins in its last seven games, including victories over Andover/Whitesville and Young Woman’s College Prep.
