The 2023 Section V Class B1 Girls’ bracket features five Finger Lakes East teams, three Private-Parochial squads and one more from the Livingston County, Monroe County and Wayne County divisions. The tournament opens with first-round games on Tuesday evening and the finalists will meet on March 3rd to decide the championship.
Waterloo, the reigning champion and top seed, is seeking its ninth sectional title in program history. Midlakes, the No. 5 seed, enters postseason play with seven wins in its last nine games, including victories over Mynderse and Palmyra-Macedon. Here’s the breakdown:
