Jack Leasure Shooting and Skills Camp Sectional Preview: Boys’ Class A1

The 2023 Section V Class A1 Boys’ bracket features nine Monroe County teams. The tournament opens with a first-round game on Wednesday night and the finalists will meet on March 4th to decide the championship.

Greece Athena, the top seed, is looking for its fourth sectional title in the last 11 years and first since 2015 when current Golden State Warrior Anthony Lamb led the Trojans to the A1 championship. Brockport, the No. 4 seed, enters postseason play with five wins in its last six games, including a victory over Pittsford Sutherland. Last year’s reigning champion, Pittsford Mendon, was moved to Class A2 this season. Here’s the breakdown:
