Spencer Griffin led the way with a four-point performance to help the Greece Storm score six goals for the second straight game. Griffin scored twice with one coming in the first period and the other coming in the middle frame and he tallied two assists. Devin Palma also found the back of the net twice for the Storm. Carter Griffin and Jacob Wood also scored for Greece. Josh Kimble helped on three of the goals while Aidan Candalari registered two assists. Landon Howell, Jack Pilgram, and Camden Monks also found themselves on the scoresheet with an assist. Jed Smith, Griffin Harvieux, and DJ Spychalski all scored for Canandaigua. Aaro Kangaslahti, Josh Barnes, Henry Van Laeken, and Brody Spinosa tallied assists for the Braves.

Three unanswered goals helped McQuaid finish the season with a four-game winning streak. Jack Callery opened the scoring for the Knights late in the first period with a powerplay goal. Evan Kopacz and Eli Wiegand assisted on the man-advantage goal. After Pittsford tied the game in the second period, Bode Wehle scored to regain the lead for the Knights with assists from Wiegand and Drew Palmer. Kopacz scored an early third-period powerplay goal with help from Palmer and Connor Emens. Alex Saracene scored the final McQuaid goal 4:34 into the final frame with assists from Liam Sisson and Kopacz. Rory Fitzpatrick saved 20 of the 21 shots he faced. Brady McMahon scored the lone Pittsford goal on the powerplay midway through the second period with assists from Will Masaschi and Colin Norton.

Josh Kimble tallied five assists for the Greece Storm for its third straight six-goal game. Aidan Candalari tallied a goal and three assists for the Storm. Spencer Griffin tallied three points that included two goals. Jayden Gargana, Devin Palma, and Josh Bassett scored the other goals for the Storm. Nathan Bach and Jacob Wood recorded assists for Greece. Matthew Parsons scored the lone Irondequoit goal to tie the game in the first period with an assist from Matt Whalen.

Two third-period goals helped Churchville-Chili to end its regular season on a five-game winning streak. After falling behind 1-0 in the first period, Parker Farnham tied the game with 13:51 remaining with an unassisted goal. Tyler Eberhart scored the game-winning goal with just under four minutes to go in regulation with an assist from Max McKay. Tristan Harris stopped 34 of 35 shots he faced in goal. Chris Donnelly scored an unassisted goal in the first period for the lone Victor Blue Devil goal.

Sean Walsh recorded three points to help Penfield end the regular season with a victory. Walsh scored twice in the third period including an empty net goal and chipped in an assist. Travis Bush assisted on both goals while Angelo Latore helped on the first goal. Kelly Makysmiu opened the scoring for the Patriots with assists from Bush and Reece Holenbeck. After Portside made it a one-goal game about halfway through the third period, Latore regained a two-goal lead for Penfield. Walsh and Bobby Kane assisted on the goal. Thomas Herman made 39 saves for Penfield. Landen Christ scored the lone Royals goal with an assist from Zachary Richards.

Andrew Gatti tallied 33 saves for his third shutout of the season to help Aquinas finish the season with a victory. Ares Miller and Isea Mohammed tallied three points for the Li’l Irish. Miller added a powerplay goal early in the first period and tallied two assists including one coming on the powerplay. Mohammed scored twice, once coming late in the first and one in the middle of the second period, and recorded a powerplay assist. Cam Stewart scored the other goal for Aquinas and he also had an assist. Connor Carey and Mike Dossier registered assists.
