Michael Nappi recorded 17 saves to earn his first varsity shutout to Webster Thomas win its second straight. The contest did not see any scoring almost four minutes into the third period when Trevor Veno found the back of the net. Jason Tucker assisted on the lone Titan goal. Will Napierala saved 28 of 29 shots he faced.

PITTSFORD (14-4-1) 8
Will Masaschi tallied three points to help Pittsford win its third straight. Masaschi found the back of the net twice in the first period and recorded an assist. The senior opened a run of four goals for the Panthers 72 seconds into the contest. Colin Norton and Brady McMahon assisted on the goal. Cole Mann scored three minutes later with assists from Norton and Bradley Pollard. Norton scored an unassisted goal with under seven minutes to go. Masaschi scored the fourth straight goal seconds later with help from Drew Ricketts. After Hilton cut the lead to two, Henok Hankinson scored a goal just over five minutes into the second period. Mann and Carter Champion assisted on the goal. David Pollard scored four minutes later with assists from Masaschi and McMahon. Logan Wood and McMahon scored for the Panthers in the third period. Keegan Ahern and Ryan Munzinger assisted on Wood’s goal while McMahon’s goal was unassisted. Luke Manley and Hunter Hutteman scored the goals for Hilton. Andrew Paolini on Manley’s goal while Tanner Smith and Manley assisted on Hutterman’s goal.

CANANDAIGUA (3-13-2) 4
Churchville-Chili erased a first-period three-goal deficit to extend its winning streak to four games. After falling behind 3-0, Max McKay scored 49 seconds into the second period on the powerplay with an assist from Tyler Eberhart and Gavin Carr. Tyler scored a goal two minutes to cut the led the Canandaigua lead to one with an assist from his brother Trey Eberhart. Parker Farnham scored the game-tying goal just over 11 minutes into the period with some help from Trey Eberhart. Farnham finished the contest with two goals and set a new Churchville-Chili school record for goals in a single season. The sophomore currently has 27 tallies. After the Braves regained the lead late in the second, Farnham scored his second of the game to tie the contest again in the third period. Both Eberhart brothers assisted on the goal. Tyler Eberhart won the game for the Saints with 20 seconds left in regulation with assists from McKay and Andrew Buxton. DJ Spychalski, Maddox Smith, and Tyler Shuler scored the three first-period goals for the Braves. Smith assisted on Spychalski’s goal and the junior defensemen returned the favor on Smith’s goal along with Josh Barnes also picking up an assist. Shuler’s goal was unassisted. Barnes the late second-period goal to give Canandaigua a 4-3 lead with an assist from Smith.

Orchard Park’s strong first and second period is too much for Webster Schroeder. The Quakers scored three goals in the first period. The Warriors got on the board 18 seconds into the second period when Nolan Gamble scored with an assist from Jason Simons. Orchard park added two more goals to take a 5-1 lead. Aiden Baldwin scored a late second-period goal for Webster Schroeder. Nicholas Sellitto and Anthony Pusateri assisted on the goal.

Logan Swartzenberg tallied 18 saves for his first varsity shutout to snap Spartan Hockey’s two-game losing streak. Ayden Zugnoni recorded a hat trick for the Spartans. The senior found the back of the net twice in the first and once in the second. Parker Monette and Jack Everts assisted on the first two goals while Connor Newberry and Cole Flannery helped on the third goal. Everts scored as well in the second period with an assist from Mikey Valent. AJ Parker scored his first varsity goal early in the third period with some help from Valent. Shortly after, Dominic Mariano got on the scoresheet with his second of the year. Dimitrius Swartzenberg and Oliver Sunday assisted on Mariano’s goal.
BATAVIA NOTRE DAME UNITED (15-4-0) 3
AQUINAS (11-6-1) 2 OT
Jake Hutchins scored the overtime game-winning goal for Batavia Notre Dame to split the season series. Aquinas won the first game 4-3 on January 6. Hutchins found the back of the net almost three minutes into the overtime period with assists from Ronin Hofmaster and Joe DiRisio. Gino Falleti opened the scoring seven minutes into the first period. Sam Pies assisted on the opening marker. After falling behind 2-1, DiRisio tied the game early in the second period on the powerplay. Jameson Motyka and Brady Johnson assisted on the man-advantage goal. Connor Carey scored both goals for Aquinas in the first period. Connor Mangone and Tyler Day assisted on both of Carey’s goals. Day tallied his first two points of the season with his helpers.

Spencer Griffin and Aidan Candalari led the Greece Storm with three point performances for a bounce back win. Candalari found the back of the net twice in the second period and tallied an assist while Griffin scored once in the middle frame and assisted twice. Jayden Gargana opened the scoring 11 seconds into the contest with an assist from Addie Alvarez. Jacob Wood set up Alvarez with a goal to give the Storm a 2-0 lead 3:36 into the game. Candalari scored both of his goals 12 seconds apart in the second. Griffin assisted on both goals while Josh Kimble helped on the first one and Jack Pilgram assisted on the second tally. Gargana scored another goal in the second period after Fairport got on the board. Griffin gave the Storm a 6-1 lead with over six minutes left in the second period. Kimble and Candalari assisted on the goal. Jack Gosiewski got the Red Raiders on the board in the second period with his first varsity goal. Zack McNally and Jack Bush assisted on the milestone goal. Axel Black scored a late second period powerplay goal to cut the Storm lead down to four with an assist from Ryan Alexander. Alex Goldan made it a three goal game in the third period with an assist from Alexander.

Jackson Guck scored twice as he helped Victor get back into the win column. Guck opened the scoring in the first period with an assist from Simon Kowal. Guck doubled the lead in the second with an assist from Asher Erwin. Tanner Radogna found the back of the net in the third period with some help from Chris Donnelly. Erwin scored as well for a two-point night with assists from Kowal and Michael Peluso. Max Pitts recorded 14 saves for his sixth shutout of the season.

Brighton/HFL scored eight unanswered goals highlighted by a Shawn Oelheim hat trick to close out the regular season. Peter Burslem led the Bruins with a six-point performance. Burslem assisted on five of the Bruin’s goals and found the back of the net himself. Nolan Gangarosa, Trevor and Kyle Reese each recorded a goal and an assist. Grant Peinkopfer and Emmet Landt also scored for the Bruins. Nick Gray, Braydn Trybuskiewicz, and Matthew Brassie all tallied an assist for Brighton/HFL. Ryan Hurwitz saved 24 of 26 shots he faced for the Bruins. Ares Miller capitalized on the powerplay 25 seconds into the second period with assists from Iesa Mohammed an Cam Stewart. Mohammed scored an unassisted goal to give Aquinas a 2-1 lead 4:36 into the middle frame.

Jameson Motyka and Ronin Hofmaster tallied their 100th career varsity points to help Batavia Notre Dame finish the regular on a six game winning streak. Motyka finished the game with four points and has 102 career points while Hofmaster finished with two points for 101 career points. Ivan Milovidov found the back of thenet four times for the United. Milovidov scored once in the second period and three times in the third. Brady Carney scored twice in the third period and added an assist. Joe DiRisio and Cooper Hamilton also scored. Hamilton also had an assist for a two point night. Brady Johnson recorded three assists while Sam Pies, Orion Lama, and Gino Falleti tallied two helpers. Bryce Feldmann and Jake Hutchins also had assists. Rhys Tanner stopped 15 of 16 shots for the United. Sam Crane scored the lone Irondequoit goal to tie the game late in the first period.
