Finn Costello connected in overtime with an assist from Carlin Kennedy to lift HAC. Kennedy opened the scoring in the 14th minute. Sean Thordy added a goal five minutes later with an assist from Awak Thongjang. For Naples, Cade Rathbun scored a goal off an assist from Raul Prieto Mendez. Landon Gleichauf also found the back of the net with a helper from Mendez.

Luciano Rank scored with 11 minutes left in the game and the host Newark Reds held off Mynderse in the opening round of the Annual Taylor Bliss Tournament. Douglass Wells assisted on the game winner. For Letchworth/Warsaw, the first goal came in the 13th minute from Jake Stowell on an assist from Gavin Kemp. The second goal came in the fifth minute of the second period from Patrick Klump on an assist from Luke Stowell. Patrick Klump also scored the third goal on an assist from Reece Grisewood. Patrick Klump ended the game with two goals.

A quartet of players scored two goals apiece to lead a balanced Caledonia-Mumford offensive attack. Logan Karn, Matthew Skidmore, Kadan Vanelli and Kylor Vanelli each found back of the net twice for the Raiders. Skidmore opened the scoring with back-to-back tallies and had two of his four assists in the first half when Cal-Mum grabbed 6-nil lead. Jeremiah Anderson, Oliver Johnson and Jacob Wiley added to the offensive output. Karn had two assists while Anderson, Nathaniel Doll, Kylor Vanelli and Jacob Wiley contributed one helper apiece. Cal-Mum finished with 41 shots.
