Section V Playoff Preview: Girls’ Soccer Class B2

The Section V Class B2 Girls’ Soccer playoffs open Tuesday with three games. Four games follow on Friday with a champion to be crowned Friday, October 29th. Here’s the team-by-team breakdown:

No. 1 seed BATH-HAVERLING RAMS (Livingston County Division I)
Record: 15-1-0
Streak: Won last 15 regular season games.
Goals scored: 73
Goals allowed: 8
Finish last season: Bath-Haverling defeated LeRoy for the Class B2 Sectional Championship.
Opponent: Winner of Livonia/Wellsville

No. 2 seed MYNDERSE BLUE DEVILS (Finger Lakes East)
Record: 9-6-1
Streak: Won five of last six.
Goals scored: 23
Goals allowed: 29
Finish last season: Lost to LeRoy in the Class B2 semifinals.
Opponent: Winner of North Rose-Wolcott/Midlakes

No. 3 seed PENN YAN MUSTANGS (Finger Lakes East)
