Tobey Wright (Rush Henrietta) paced a DI Red offensive explosion with three hits and two RBI. Wright finished the game 3-for-4 alongside two runs scored. DI Red jumped out to an early 5-0 lead in the second inning behind four hits, three walks, and an error. Wright highlighted the inning with an RBI double that plated Nathan Zicari (Webster Thomas). Zicari ended the game 1-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored from the leadoff spot.

Dominic Zona got the start for DI Red and hurled the first four innings. The right-hander allowed one run on three hits and two walks while striking out three. Steven Kraus (Hilton) closed out the final three innings with five strikeouts. Kraus drove in a run on two hits to go along with scoring two runs on the offensive side. Zona collected a hit and scored a run.

Ben Kazel (Brighton) drove in three runs, Tommy DiFranco (Penfield) went 1-for-3 with an RBI and a run scored, Parker Drees went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored, and Cooper Romich (Churchville-Chili) chipped in a run scored and an RBI with one base-knock.

Ryan Grasley and Paul Conroy (Northstar) drove in the lone runs for DI Orange. Anthony Shortino (Churchville-Chili), Grasley, Preston Foryt (McQuaid), Weston Elkovitch (Victor), Conroy, and Broderick Hartfield (York) had one hit apiece.

DI GOLD (1-1-2) 9
Joshua Winter’s (Spencerport) team-high two RBI helped D1 Gold rally from a seven-run deficit to pick up their first win. DI Gold got back in the game with a six-run third frame; Zachary Haight (Irondequoit) started the scoring with a single that plated Kayden Yapjoco (Greece Athena). Jack Cannon plated Haight with a double and came around to score on an error by the catcher. Winter capped off the stanza with a two-run single.

DI Gold took the lead in the fifth inning when Calvin Rogers (Bloomfield) and Ian Fleck McQuaid Jesuit) both scored on passed balls to go up 8-7. Matthew Tallini (Greece Athena) finished the scoring for D1 Gold in the sixth when he walked and came around to score on an error. Cannon earned the win on the mound in his five and one-third innings pitched. Cannon struck out 13, walked five and gave up one hit.

Winter ended the game 2-for-3 with two RBI, Cannon finished 1-for-3 with an RBI and two runs scored, and Tallini crossed home plate twice. Cooper Bates (Hilton) chipped in a hit in two at-bats.
Caleb Wilson (Aquinas) led the DI Blue offense with a team-high two RBI. Wilson went 1-for-3 with a run scored. Christian Morrison (Palmyra-Macedon), Donovan Wallace (Greece Athena), Blake Bucenec (Fairport), and Charlie Sim all recorded an RBI. Gavin Haarr (Brockport) pitched in a hit and two runs scored, and Ryan Zaft (Webster Schroeder) had a hit and a run scored.
