History 101: Palmyra-Macedon is seeking its first sectional title since 2013 when it defeated Batavia, 7-3, to win Class BB. Palmyra-Macedon has not been back to the sectional title game since 2013. Hornell is making its third sectional final appearance in 10 years. The Red Raiders won in 2011 against Wayland-Cohocton, and lost in 2017 to Livonia.
First pitch is scheduled for Tuesday, 5 p.m. at Palmyra-Macedon High School.
