The top three seeds all have one or fewer losses in the Class C1 boys’ basketball tournament. Three teams from the Wayne County league, two teams from the Finger Lakes league and one team from the Genesee, Livingston and Steuben county leagues will vie for the championship. Here’s the breakdown:
