Spencerport’s Patrick Uebelacker averaged 15.3 points per game shooting 56.7 percent (135-of-238) from the field and 69.8 percent (60-of-86) from the free-throw line. Uebelacker led the Rangers in field goals made and free throws made.
The junior made a jump from his sophomore season by increasing his shooting percentage by seven percent and doubling the number of field goals made. He finished with 12.4 rebounds (272 total) per game, including 4.5 offensive rebounds (98). The junior tallied 15 double-doubles during the season.
Uebelacker had the second-most assists on the team tallying 46 on the year. On the defensive end, he had the second-most steals on the team with 25 (1.14 SPG) and around 50 blocks.
Uebelacker also posted a plus/minus of +25 for a squad that finished -87 for the year.
The forward’s best game came in a 53-51 win against HF-L. Uebelacker scored 27 points and added four rejections. After defeating Canandaigua in the first round of sectionals, Spencerport fell short, losing to second-seeded Leadership Academy in the second round, 67-62. In that game, Uebelacker grabbed 21 boards.
