Honeoye Falls-Lima junior Hannah Selke paced the Monroe County Division IV champions in scoring for the second consecutive season, as the Cougars won 12 regular season games and a sectional matchup. Selke averaged 13.3 points, 2.8 rebounds, 0.9 assists and 2.6 steals in her penultimate season.
Selke connected 85 times for the season including 43 three-pointers. She shot 28 percent (85-for-304) from the field and 29 percent (43-for-148) on shots behind the arc. Additionally, Selke drained 61 percent (63-for-104) of her free throw attempts.
The rising senior scored a season-high 22 points against Brockport. In addition to being Honeoye Falls-Lima’s leading scorer, she also led the team in steals (2.6 per game, 57 total).
The 5-foot-7 guard earned first-team All-County honors. Selke and sophomore Teagan Kamm helped HF-L to a four-win improvement over the previous season.
