How they got here: Vinny Molisani had a career day as Caledonia-Mumford beat Wheatland-Chili 85-54. The Red Raiders went on to beat Lyndonville 67-43 in the semifinals.
Riley Stella paced York as the Knights beat HAC 92-44. York then upended Oakfield-Alabama 61-58 in the semis.
Last time they met: York won the final meeting these teams had in the regular season 75-58. This is these programs’ seventh matchup in the last two seasons.
History 101: Caledonia-Mumford won the 2019 Class C3 title and C2 championship in 2015. York lost in the 2019 Class C3 championship game, 2016 and 2017 Class D1 championship game and 2013 Class C2 title match. The Golden Knights’ last sectional title came in 2012 in Class C3.
