Victor joins three of the top four seeds in Penfield, Bishop Kearney and Our Lady of Mercy when Girls Class AA action continues Monday night. Here’s the breakdown:
No. 1 PENFIELD PATRIOTS (19-2/Monroe County Division I) vs. No. 4 OUR LADY OF MERCY MONARCHS (17-5/Private-Parochial Division I)
When: Monday, March 2 at 7:45 p.m.
Where: Webster Schroeder High School
When they last met: The Patriots defeated Mercy 65-39 on January 18.
How they match up: Penfield has won its last three games, after suffering one of its two season losses to Bishop Kearney. Penfield averages 63.6 points per game and allows 42.5. Mercy has won three of its last five, including a 95-10 win in round one of sectionals. The Monarchs average 57 points per game, while allowing 43.2.

When: Monday, March 2 at 6:00 p.m.
Where: Webster Schroeder High School
How they match up: Victor has won four of its last five. The Blue Devils average 46.9 points per game and allow 69.1 points. The Kings have won nine straight, losing only to out-of-section teams all season. They average 61.6 points per game, while holding opponents to a 48.3 average.
