Zechariah Harris-Scott and Justus Ross-Simmons posted a double-double apiece to lead East. Harris-Scott paced four in double figures with 24 points as the Eagles won their third straight to start the season. The senior forward netted 10 in the third quarter as East outscored Nottingham in each of the first three stanzas. The double-double was his third of the season. Kai McCullough added 19 points, eight rebounds and five steals. Damani Barley netted 17 points including four long-range shots and dished out 11 assists. Ross-Simmons scored eight of his 13 points in the first quarter to contribute to an early 30-20 lead after eight minutes of play. The sophomore also hauled in 14 rebounds, blocked three shots and collected eight steals. Jayden Crouch, Marlen Peters and Jessiah Kirkland led Nottingham with 13 points apiece in the loss. Senior Miles Monchecourt had 12 of his 29 points in the fourth quarter as Kearney rolled to a victory in their first game. Point Guard Miles Rose netted 16 for the Kings and Michael Gentile added nine of his 11 in the fourth quarter, making six of his eight free throws in the final period. Junior guard Deiontray Dixon poured in 13, nine of which came in the third quarter, and Antwan Williams contributed 11 points. For Will South, senior guard Michael DiGiulio led the way with 30 points including three long range shots in the loss. Michael Kelly netted 13, and Patrick Maiarana put in 11 points.

Gabe Taylor led Arcadia with 15 points and four long range shots as Arcadia dropped their second straight. Junior guard Anthony Stephenson contributed 12 points. The freshman phenom is averaging 38.5 points per game through the first four games. Tremell Hale drained four deep balls and totaled 14 points. Cairo Varges scored nine points and Zach Bordeau contributed six. Despite the loss, Cuba-Rushford finished with four double-digit scorers.
