Outlook: The Blue Devils have a good mix of seniors and juniors that will be utilized in a possible rotation of 9-10 players. If this deep team improves little by little, will Batavia contend for a league title?
EASTRIDGE LANCERS (Class A1)
Last season: Finished 14-6, lost in the Class A1 semifinals to eventual state finalist Pittsford Mendon.
Coach: Dan Roser (seventh season).
Top returners: Tony Arnold (Sr. G 15.0 ppg), Jalen Rose-Hannah (Sr. PG 8.8 ppg), Percy Robinson (Sr.), Paxton Reed (Sr.)

Next game: Friday, December 6 vs. NE Douglass in the opening round of the Al Masino Memorial Tournament.
Outlook: Eastridge lost three starters and eight players from last year’s squad, but coach Dan Roser’s returners have worked hard in the off-season to build off the success. Will their hard work pay off with a deeper run in sectionals?
GREECE ODYSSEY LEOPARDS (Class B1)
Last season: 21-4, lost to Olean in regional finals after winning the Class B1 championship.
Coach: Jim Guzielek (58-36/fifth season).
Top returners: Jaden Hartsfield (Sr. Two-time Section V B1 MVP, 15.2 PPG), Dylan Kolmetz (Sr. 6.0 ppg, 7.0 rpg, 2.0 blocks), Korey Canton (Sr. 7.0 ppg), Presten Mathis (Sr. 5.0 ppg).

Outlook: This Odyssey team consists of 11 seniors coming off their fist Monroe County league title in program history and a Section V championship. Is the team able to return with the same impact and defend their titles?

Coach: Joey Tisa (22-81/sixth season).

Outlook: The Spartans are young this season, as they lost three of their top playmakers. They hope to, however, build off of their 67.7 points per game average from last season. Will the nine new players make an immediate impact alongside the experienced ones to make a splash in Division IV?
