Two Wayne County teams will square off for the 2019 Class C1 crown on Saturday night at Newark. The unbeaten East Rochester Bombers take on the tenth-seeded Williamson Maruaders. Here’s what you need to know:
No. 1 EAST ROCHESTER BOMBERS (18-0-0/Wayne County) vs.
No. 10 WILLIAMSON MARAUDERS (9-9-1/Wayne County)
How they got here: East Rochester (No.1 NYSSWA Class C) defeated No.8 Gananda with nine goals and edged No.4 Sodus, 2-0 in the semifinals. Williamson stunned No.2 Byron-Bergen/Elba and shutout No.3 Addison for its first loss to advance to the championship.

Last time they met: East Rochester has defeated Williamson twice this year by scores of 3-0 and 2-1.

History 101: East Rochester’s last finals appearance was in 2011 when it lost to Williamson. The Bombers downed Williamson in last year’s semifinal match, 1-0. Williamson lost in the 2017 finals to Byron-Bergen Elba.
