Addison and East Rochester, both ranked in the state, look to continue their unbeaten seasons. Sodus and Williamson want to crash the party. Here’s the breakdown:
No. 1 EAST ROCHESTER BOMBERS (17-0-0/Wayne County) vs. No. 4 SODUS SPARTANS (12-6-0/Wayne County)
How they got here: East Rochester (No. 1 NYSSWA Class C) beat No. 8 Gananda, 9-1 in the quarterfinals after a first round bye. Sodus defeated No. 13 Rochester Academy 8-0 in the first round and Canisteo-Greenwood 1-0 in the quarters.

Last time they met: This will be the third time the two squads have faced off this season. ER won both 3-1 and 3-0.
Trends: The Bombers have yet to lose a game this season. In doing so, they tallied nine shutouts and did not allow more than one goal per game. Sodus has not lost since they faced East Rochester on October 4th. Since then, the Spartans won six straight with five shutouts and giving up only one goal.

History 101: Sodus downed East Rochester, 1-0 in the 2018 Class C1 title game game. The championship was the first in Sodus program history. Sodus will be making its third straight appearance in the semifinals.

No. 10 WILLIAMSON MARAUDERS (8-9-1/Wayne County) vs. No. 3 ADDISON KNIGHTS (16-0-1/Steuben County Division I)
How they got here: Williamson pulled off upsets over No. 7 HAC (6-1) and No. 2 Byron-Bergen/Elba (2-1). Addison advanced past Holley after going 3-0 on penalty kicks in the 2-2 game.

Total goals allowed: Williamson (27), (13)
Last time they met in the postseason: Williamson downed Addison 6-0 in the opening round of the 2015 C1 tournament.
Trends: Addison (No. 11 NYSSWA Class C) closed the regular season outscoring opponents 21-4 in their final seven games. Before gathering postseason momentum, Williamson had lost six of the final seven regular season games.
