Taylor had 25 of his game-high 29 points in the second half and went 16 for 17 from the line. Nick Rowland had a double-double scoring 18 of his 28 points in the second half to go with 14 rebounds. Padraig Coyne added eight points. Keshequa’s Cameren Chestnut finished with a team-high 17 points. Josh Tallman and Jacob Gibson each added 12 points. Hunter Stephens had 11 points. Taylor has three triple-doubles this season and five for his career. He is is the first Section V player to have a quadruple-double since Brockport’s Anthony Rogers in 2005. The Jasper-Troupsburg Wildcats put a scare into the Tigers, taking a 20-14 lead at the end of the first quarter and led 32-26 at halftime. Avoca came alive in the third quarter outscoring Jasper-Troupsburg 32-13, to take 58-45 lead entering the fourth quarter. Avoca was led by Nathan Nunn who had a double-double with 30 points, 16 rebounds, had four assists and had four steals. LaDre Stanford also had a double-double with 27 points, 12 rebounds, four assists, eight steals and three blocks. Devin Stowe, Brady Brandow and Tristan Stark each scored seven points for Avoca. Stowe had seven assists and Brandow had four. Jasper-Troupsburg was led by Weston Hayes with 16 points. Brayden Hill chipped had 12 points and Tyler Flint added 10 points.
